It was ok, had an issue, fixed it. It uses a lot of water. Does the job if your carpet isn't too old I guess. Do not expect miracles. Just ok.

hired this product from hss hire good all round service e.c.t. product dose a good job and well worth hiring, cleaned all my bedroom carpets & landing @ stair's super job.

Machine was dirty on collection. Joints (where hose fixed to machine) dripped /leaked severely. Small rugs which I was able to do outside (because of leak), was not even well cleaned as suction didnt seem to be that powerful.

Couldn't get the upholstery attachment to work, so couldn't effectively clean the sofa. Also the handle on the cleaning arm had obviously been broken previously and repaired and didn't stay in the right position. Cleaned carpets fine, but not so much the rug and sofa
