Generally worked well on carpets, once we bought some better shampoo than the awful stuff upsold to us by HSS. Upholstery attachment wasn't fit for purpose - seemed to be broken and just sprayed soapy water all over the place without having to touch the trigger.

once you get the hang of when to spray the cleaner and when not, I found it worked really strong and easy, drying quicker than I thought

This carpet cleaner is a belter I'd like to buy one but don't have space to store it so to hire one was brilliant it was very powerful and light weight easy to use aswell thanks hss
