Hugo & Sons Reviews 

I have been asked by Hugo & Sons twice to remove this review. In the end I had to ask them to stop contacting me.

I ordered a headboard from Hugo & Sons with the expectation of delivery in 7-12 working days. I had high expectations given most reviews on here praise them for delivery within a few days. I checked my online account for progress which was never updated. I made several attempts to contact them for an update, some messages were responded to, others not. If a company can't comply with it's own delivery timescales I'd rather they let me know than just ignored the fact.

As for quality, the fabric on the headboard is pilled all over. I couldn't be bothered complaining to them as who knows when they would respond.

I would not use them again.

I cannot praise Hugo & Sons enough. Their customer service from start to finish has been brilliant! I was a bit sceptical about buying a bed online without seeing it in person, but Hugo & Sons were fantastic and provided me with Fabric/colour swatches which helped me decide. I ended up getting the Chesterfield sleigh bed and the Hilton bed and I absolutely love them! They are very comfortable, high quality beds that exceeded my expectations! Thank you Hugo and Sons for making my online experience easy and hassle free.

I ordered the king size sleigh bed in black chenille. From ordering to receiving any bed took 4 days in total which was fabulous. The delivery men were pleasant enough, and brought the product into the house. The bed was flat packed but took minutes to put together. The quality of the headboard and footboard was well made. The only thing I could pick at really was the wooden slats, would have preferred a metal frame with sprung slats. But once built the bed looked very nice and sturdy. Very well priced, lovely looking bed and makes our bedroom look very grand. Lovely to sleep on, makes bedtime an absolute joy! Very pleased with my bed, the ordering process, price and quick delivery.

Bed Quality is fantastic.
Delivery men were very helpful and courteous.
Only constructive criticism would be for clearer assembly instructions, I said I’d put the bed up and it took me a little longer than I thought it would.
Overall very happy.

After browsing through Google to find that perfect bed I came across Hugo & Sons. I loved the look of the Sleigh bed with Ottoman and so I ordered some fabric samples and we ahead with the Silver Velvet material. The bed really looks stunning and the finish is great. So pleased I came across this website.

Hugo & Sons have been absolutely fabulous - we absolutely love our new bed - we went for the Classic Wingback in navy velvet and the colour is beautiful and the bed is such a statement piece and we have had so many compliments!
Quality is amazing and we chose the option to have the bed installed on delivery which was ever so helpful!
The customer service team were brilliant and they made sure we were regularly updated with the status of the order.

I will be sure to make another order for our spare rooms!

Ordered the Hilton bed and absolutely love it. It is my dream bed. Excellent quality and very very easy to put together (wouldn’t recommended paying extra for them to assemble it as it took me and my partner about 10 minutes to do it ourselves). Great customer service and delivery time. Would highly recommend!

I was looking for a bed for my daughter that was boutique looking and had storage. Came across a nice velvet studded one by the ‘ NEXT’ store . It was grand and very expensive too so started to look elsewhere online. Came across Hugo& sons on instagram and at first was not sure if the bed was going to be as nice . However after looking at the images and feedback I took a gamble and ordered. I was so pleased I did as the bed is Superb! Just looks amazing in my daughters bedroom; it’s a sleigh bed stead , silver crushed velvet with buttons ( decent quality so looks expensive and boutique) , headboard and base is nicely finished and very sturdy. The base and gas lift work well and it’s given ample room for storage! A fab purchase and a reasonable price for a very well designed built bed. Il definitely be purchasing again and get my self a blue velvet one . Gorgeous! Thank you for the service and bed quality.

I Have used Hugo & Son now on several occasions and each time communication & professionalism has been nothing short of 1st class. We bought 2 Hilton ( king size ) beds with the ottoman option which were very easy to put together and once made up they look Absolutely Amazing. We are over the moon with the quality and fantastic value for money both beds were. I would without hesitation recommend Hugo & Son and will definitely be buying my next bed from them! A star ⭐️
