Well we wanted something special and our smooth velvet ivory sleigh bed is that and more . Beautiful craftsmanship, easily assembled too which is always a bonus. The company replies promptly when you email them .Delivery company were quite abrupt in their manner (not the lads delivering ) and thus was the only down side .

What a lovely company! I ordered a really nice bed and mattress however I miss read the delivery time and was in need for a bed ASAP. I message them asking if I could cancel my order and this was a day later. They then said yes of course and they was lovely about it, as normally company’s do not let you cancel the order!
I spoke to a lovely staff member who sorted out my refund for me and was fast and quick!
I never write reviews however I feel like they deserve it! Will defiantly order again if I wasn’t in such a rush to get a bed and mattress!

Very happy with the bed - arrived over the difficult Covid-19 period, but as arranged. Looks luxurious and am very pleased a friend of mine recommended the company to me, so that we could buy our daughter's new bed from Hugo.

Been holding off writing this review but I cant any longer.
I am so disappointed in this purchase of this bed ,from day 1 I had problems , Late delivery , Faulty parts, Poor customer service and now after a few months the bed is showing signs of poor build quality.
Stiff pistons and the slats are Crumbling, I reccomend you spend your money elsewhere.
There are lots of bed companies around.

Had some issues in bed due to transit unfortunately which was frustrating but Hugo and sons resolve the issue in no time, customer service is eager to help with any issues and very helpful, customer services i received is very good, I ordered ottoman sleigh bed which is so beautiful and looks good, easy to assemble, bed came within the timeframe will definitely buy again from Hugo and sons and recommend my family and friends

Couldn’t be happier with our Hilton bed and the service provided by Hugo and Sons. Great quality bed, looks amazing and had so many compliments. Exactly what I was looking for! Love the way they use customer photos for their marketing material - know exactly what it’s going to look like.

I received my bed yesterday and WOW it is amazing! Such good quality, beautiful fabric and so easy to assemble. With so many bed company’s out there I am really happy I chose Hugo & Sons. It came within the delivery time frame given and was all together a fantastic service. Defiantly will be recommending to friends and family and I will defiantly be buying from here again. I am in love with my new bed thank you so much!

Received my new bed and mattress today and all I can say is WOW it’s better then I expected and so pleased I chose Hugo and sons delivery time came within 4 weeks which was sooner then I expected! Will definitely be ordering again in the future thank you so much very satisfied with my purchase

I can't fault this company at all.

I ordered a bed in the middle of lockdown and delivery came well within the time frame that was given.

The bed itself is absolutely gorgeous and of such a high quality. I now go to sleep at night feeling like I'm in a 5* hotel. I just wish that I had a bigger house so that I could have more beds.

I will certainly be recommending to friends and family.

I ordered an ottoman sleigh bed which arrived at a reasonable time considering the current situation in the country. The bed did not quite look like what I saw and chose on the pictures, but it's not too bad and I'm learning to love it. I think the website should show pictures of each bed in all the different colours, if possible. My major problem though was the poor instructions that came with the bed. There's only 3 very basic diagrams! It was a major challenge to try and put the bed together as we had to watch several YouTube videos to try and figure out how to do things. My husband is good at diy but he also found it difficult to follow the very limited instructions that were provided. Now that the bed is up, he is happy with it.

.... a few hours after writing this review I received an email from hugo and sons apologising for not giving us detailed instructions. They realised that they must have put the wrong instructions with the bed. We could have emailed or rang them to ask for better instructions while we were setting up the bed, but we didn't because we thought what they gave us was what came with the bed, and it all worked out in the end. We accept the apology for the mishap, and we appreciate it very much because this shows they genuinely care about their customer satisfaction. I would recommend hugo and sons

Beautiful bed, really good quality!

My bed arrived today and it's perfect! I had been looking all over the place at beds, decided on this one due to the look and the price and im so glad I did. Its easy to assemble (came in 4 bits and then the slats) but definitely a 2 person job as the parts are heavy and you need someone to hold it in place when you screw it together. The colour is lovely, exaclty as in the samples pictures and the material is so soft (I chose silver velvet), I'm really chuffed as it matches my curtains and the diamantes in the head and footboard make it look so expensive! The only thing I would say is I only got a SMS saying it was coming 2 days prior, fine at the moment where I'm at home due to the current situation, but under normal circumstances not the greatest amount of notice to arrange time off of work - but maybe the 2 days notice was because of the current situation! Either way amazing product and would definitely reccomend, thank you Hugo & Sons!

Can’t fault Hugo and sons in any way whatsoever. 5* company!!... website, their beds, service, delivery. Absolutely perfect! I’m in absolute awe of my bed, it is so pretty and so well made; the quality is surreal. I had been searching for a bed for ages and I’m so happy I finally got the perfect one. The bed is so comfy and I couldn’t be more pleased. The delivery time was exceptional, were in the middle of a pandemic and it said up to 5 weeks but it must have only been just over 2 weeks or so. Very simple and straightforward to put up as well. Can’t tell you how happy I am with it. Such reasonable prices as well. It’s almost too good to be a true, and this is a completely honest review from a pleased customer. Would recommend at anyone. Thank you Hugo and sons. 😊

I cannot praise Hugo & Sons enough. I would highly recommend this company. Adam on their live chat has been a pleasure to deal with, even through these tough times. They helped us out with a tricky situation which we really appreciate. Their customer service from start to finish has been brilliant! We brought both ours & our daughters bed from Hugo & Sons and were very impressed. They are very comfortable, high quality beds that our tailor made to our exact wishes. We had notifications to keep us updated through every step of the process this included delivery.
