Everything about the order process was easy and hassle free. The bed arrived earlier than advised, delivery crew were really friendly. I absolutely love the bed it looks amazing and is really comfortable

Absolutely love our ottoman bed. We shopped around for a king-size ottoman and most places were super expensive. We came across Hugo and Sons and they had the perfect bed for us at half the price of others.
We were quoted 5 weeks but it came in around 3 weeks.
The delivery drivers brought the bed in six pieces and even said when delivering they could see it was good quality due to the weight.

Took a few hours to put together and we got stuck at one point. I emailed support and they responded within minutes - it was the gas lift not working. It was because we hadn't placed the mattress on top to put sufficient weight on the pistons (our fault, duh)!

The bed is of amazing quality, and I'd highly recommend Hugo and Sons to anyone over Dreams or other companies.

I recently bought a Sleigh bed from Hugo & Sons, the quality of the bed was really good and I loved how it looked. Delivery was really good and it arrived earlier than expected.
I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a new bed.

They delivered a bed which had the bottom part missing. The bed material was all loose and worn and looked very very cheap.
I tried to get in touch because I wasn't happy, I even emailed pictures of the shoddy quality. Guess what the reaction was? I GOT BLOCKED OFF FROM EVERYWHERE! no contact number listed and no one gets back to your emails!
DO NOT BUY FR THESE PEOPLE!!
ALL THEY OFFER IS A CHEAP BED THATS NO USE TO ANYONE!!

I ordered a storage bed and mattress and I absolutely LOVE it! It looks lovely and the mattress is very comfortable also! 100% recommend!

We absolutely love our new bed! Its The butterfly wing back bed in chenille grey and its so beautiful! Would highly recommend this company for your bed, beautifully made and so easy to put together.

I love my new bed! I wad told delivery was 7-10 weeks but it came in 6 weeks. The quality of the bed is on point. I got the grey velvet. My head board is huge! It was so easy to build too, took me less than an hour. I would totally recommend you buy your bed from here. You will not be disappointed! 🥰😍

It’s hard to buy beds online nowadays as they came with a fault. Choosing a bed AND mattress from Hugo and Sons was undoubtedly stress-free and promising, especially as they promote their work on social media. The bed is honestly so beautifully crafted, delivery came two weeks earlier than I expected and the communication is very efficient. I will be promoting this company to anyone looking for a bed or mattress!!

I recently received my Hilton Bed, which I absolutely love. It is very beautifully made and very strong. So pleased I ordered from this company. I was told delivery could take 8-10 weeks but was delivered by 4 weeks from ordering.
I must admit that I was nervous when I ordered this bed, as the company doesn't have a contact number and some people had said that they don't get back to you by email. I would highly recommend this company, as they provide the best beds and are very responsive with emails or even answering through Instagram. I am so happy I ordered through Hugo & Sons and I would definitely buy from them again. Great service.

So pleased with my bed it is absolutely gorgeous and feels so luxurious 😍 looks great in my newly decorated bedroom and plenty of storage too. I was given a 7-10 week window for delivery but came around 4 weeks after ordering which was a nice surprise. Very happy customer, thank you :)

couldn’t be happier with the our new bed! It’s pure luxury, the colour is gorgeous ( cream cheniene) The material is so lush & the headboard is amazing!! Delivery was fast considering COVID issues & the customer service was fast and speedy. If you were thinking of ordering a bed from Hugo&Sons I would 100% recommend to anyone. I went for the Linear Wingback Ottoman bed & it’s amazing.
