Great customer service. Had text messages and emails to confirm the delivery day and then time slot. Was called by the driver an hour before to check we were at home.

Cannot praise Hugo & Sons for all aspects of purchase ... Pull cagse, price, communications for delivery, delivery itslef, packaging, assembly.

As for the bed itself ... Don't waste your time/£££ with alternatives. Looks feels and IS ABOVE superior by far compared to th best beds I've seen in reputable national shops.

Recommended to for temples nds & family, look forward to replacing other beds in house.

Really like the bed but needed to have extra packing around the corners to protect it in transit as got a little bit scratched but nothing I couldn't fix. But yeah good quality bed and very sturdy.

Beautiful bed. Cannot fault it at all. Amazing service & delivery was in schedule

The bed was OK to put up, decent instructions for a change.
It does seem like very few fastenings to hold the head and foot board. I expected to need to tighten them a few weeks after, the issue was trying to get to do that when you have mattress on, I was only able to hand tighten the headboard end.

I got the black velvet ottoman sleighbed. It looks beautiful. I didnt want to spend a fortune but I didn't want a cheap looking bed. This was the perfect blend of them both, it's not too expensive but looks good quality, the same as much dearer beds I've seen at shops in person.
Only time will tell but after 2 weeks I'm impressed

Delivered by very helpful driver, on time. Careful with delivery and most courteous. Everything was checked for any damage too.
Was recommended by my grandson and will certainly recommend to my friends.

Really pleased with the bed and the service delivery was quick and although delivery to my property is difficult, there were no complaints from delivery team.
All in all very impressed, well done.

The customer service department were excellent, answered my queries promptly and competently. The bed itself is well made; my daughter is well pleased with it.
