I have purchased 2 rings from Humaiyra Jewellery and both times they provided 1st class service and beautiful products. They are very knowledgable, patient and answer queries promptly. They also provide CAD drawings and even make samples to make sure they create the perfect ring for you. Their packaging is on another level, providing an unforgettable experience to whoever is lucky enough to recieve their products. Humaiyra Jewellery are brilliant at what they do. From the consultation all the way through to collection of the ring, they were really helpful, patient and were incredibly professional. They gave regular updates on the design and progress of the creation of the ring. The ring has turned out so much better than expected and I can’t wait to give it to my wife to be. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Couldn’t speak more highly of Humaiyra and Yusuf! They made the process the easiest thing I’ve ever had to do. Prior to our consultation I found it quite confusing and overwhelming looking at rings but they were thorough and clear through the whole process. They were super responsive whatever time of day and reassuring as I found myself to be indecisive as this is a a huge decision! I am so happy with my ring, it is beyond perfect and I love it so much.

Couldn’t recommend anyone more highly than these two! I’ve already put friends and family in touch with them and will continue to do so.

I received a recommendation from a friend to book a consultation with Humaiyrah for my bridal set as I really didn’t know what I was looking for. I was a little unsure as to what to expect but was left pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service in their lovely, centrally located, studio.

The consultation is structured beautifully to help you understand all the options carefully. The consultants take time to help you make choices around the various styles, cuts and sizes available. The team note down your preferences, walk you through the process and timings and offer clear explanations to any questions. The informative appointment was followed up with an email brochure and two quotations for a personalised design that I could review in my own time and then follow up with the team as I wished.

The team were incredibly professional, made me feel relaxed, were clearly seasoned professionals in their field and knew how to help me narrow down my preferences to two bespoke designs that met my requirements, budget and personal details preferences.

Humaiyrah’s customer service is very impressive and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Their online consultations were personalised and tailored to our needs and the took everything into consideration. Customer service has been amazing, free resizing which is what we need not being able to try on rings during shop closures.
