A lovely bespoke service. We were able to design our ring from scratch with the expertise of Humaiyra. The communication throughout the entire design process has been brilliant and the ring turned out perfect. Their customer service is exceptional, down to coming in clutch on the wedding day for photos. Our main ring was delayed due to covid and Humaiyra went to great lengths to hand deliver the sample on such short notice to fill in for the original.
We both appreciate the excellent service and personal touch that Humaiyra offers and wish you guys all the best in your business moving forward.

Humaiyra Jewellery have been wonderful from start to finish. Their service is bespoke and honestly 5 stars.
From being in London and ordering a ring all the way from upnorth and not being there face to face for appointments, they ensured that the process was smooth. The ring made for my fiancé exceeded my expectations and was absolutely stunning. I’m so glad the whole experience was very smooth.

I ordered my husbands wedding band from Humaiyra Jewellery and was very pleased the result. The quality is amazing as well as the packaging and presentation. The whole process from choosing his custom design to the ring being delivered exactly when I wanted it was very smooth and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Very happy with the service I received, due to covid there was alot of uncertainty surrounding my wedding however all my questions were answered promptly. Really friendly and efficient service. Replied to messages and enquiries really quickly and informatively. We received a home visit due to COVID-19 and the representative was really friendly and knew his stuff. The ring was ordered on the day and was delivered within 3 weeks. The presentation of the box was very neat and professional. Just a great experience overall. I've recommended them to 3 other people who have purchased from them too and they all share the same opinion.

I wanted to get my fiance a wedding ring, i wanted something very simple and also within the islamic ruling.

I met the staff on an event who were so lovely and provided me with all the details that I needed to get the ring completed. They were very organised and professional with their workd and made it super easy for me.

When I went to collect the ring, I must say I wasn't expecting the packaging to be so good! It was in a beautiful box which had a ribbon around and it had the instructions, the cleaning kit, the ring itself, chocolates and a cute message! It was so perfect!

Very pleasant experience. Very personalised. Fair price. Kind and patient customer service. Dealt with all my queries straight away. I'm quite fussy so I was a little worried about how the ring would turn out but they exceeded all of my expectations and the ring looks amazing. So happy with how it turned out.
