I ordered Buy one get from free sunglasses mid July & today is Aug 24 & have yet to receive them.
Earlier in the week I reached out about the status of my order & four days I’ve heard back . It appears the I will need to contact my bank & report a fraudulent
transaction.

Unfortunately I can’t get my money back from the credit card company because it’s a third party seller. I have tried contacting them for months, but they don’t respond. These people are absolute scammers. Buyer beware!

I ordered sunglasses on July 17, 2025, and nothing has been shipped.
Customer support simply doesn’t respond. I found them through a tag by @kevotano and followed the recommendation to place an order.

I believe it’s absolutely wrong to promote scammers to your audience — it’s disgraceful.
I’ll be disputing the payment with my bank to get a refund.

Everyone needs to beware of this company. It's a scam. Their glasses come from AliExpress. Which is why it's bad quality. Stay away. I will be disputing with my bank.

I ordered 2 sunglasses but only got 1. Hunter never responded to my emails.
After 3 weeks the sunglasses broke into 2 piece when I wanted to put them on. Really bad quality.

Scam! Don’t buy from them

Took my payment but never shipped my product. Never responded to the emails I sent requesting an update. I ordered on 20 October 2024 and have sent three emails and received zero responses. The website states 10 business days for international shipping. As of 27 October 2024 I have not heard nor recieved any product. Stay away.

They suck for real, it takes 1 Month and half to arrive, I Have Payed 50 euros for a pair of sunglasses that arrived without box but they arrived in a useless little plastic bag, obviously scratched

It is a scam. I bought 2 for the price of 1 and they never shipped.

They never ship my order, and they did’t answer to my thousands emails.

Total scam. They did not respond for MONTHS.I tried emailing them and spamming their comment section on instagram and eventually someone finally reached out. They said they are sending me my glasses, which I have not received yet. I will update on the quality once I receive them.

This company seems to be just putting out fires after a huge amount of people are calling them out for scamming. I would not trust them with any purchases as it seems like many people are not receiving their orders and have actually made me question making any other purchases on instagram.

Furthermore there seem to be many clone account doing the exact same thing.

This company are a total scam. Glasses are poor quality and they will ignore your requests for return

my item was not delivered. I contacted them and got no reply to 3 emails. no refund, no replacment. just silence. not good for a young company. Are they genuine?
