Very professional moving company and reasonably priced.

I love these folks. I was able to move my family to the States with no drama. If you have a complicated move, call Hunt's. They take care of everything.

We arrived back from France last night and I thought I would take the earliest opportunity to thank Dave and Ellis for their diligence and general attitude. Against a lot of negative pressure they delivered our furniture. The sequence of events before (having a customer delay them by two and a half hours), during (weather conditions, snow and rain, narrow lanes in French mountains) and after (a large coach broadside across their exist from our village and probably another 5/6 hour drive to their next destination) their visit to us didn't dent their professional attitude to the task in hand. We hope that the rest of the trip went much better for them.

I moved from the UK to Ireland, having shopped around for a removal company, I had several quotes, some pretty low & some extremely high. When checking these companies out they had some of the worst reviews going & some companies never even bothered to get back to me.

Having spoken to Hunts on the phone & looking at the reviews on Trust Pilot to see if there had been any major bad experiences they seemed to be the best of the lot.

I spoke to Darral on several occasions, he explained what happened with a bad review a few years back on here that had me concerned, we covered timescales & when I'd be likely be expecting to have everything delivered.

I packed everything myself which is probably the best thing to do. It takes a lot of time so relying on anyone else to do it, especially if you have a deadline is maybe not a good idea.

I had a checklist of what was in each box & the value of it, which worked a treat for when everything arrived.

The guys who did the collect & delivery had the job done in no time at all & everything arrived in one piece. I had a lot of heavy items too, including several boxes of vinyls so fair play to them for how quick they were.

Based on my experience I would use Hunts again.

We used Hunts International to move us from Italy to the UK. Within the quote I had requested the specialised packing of several fragile items. Expensive glass tables etc. When the items arrived two glass coffee tables were nested within each other in 1 cardboard box totally shattered. I tried to get hold of the Director of the company they refused to speak with me or provide any contact information. A beautiful cream Chaise lounge was stained from dark blue marks. The cream Italian leather dining chairs had drip stains from a blue liquid. Gold ornate mirror cracked around the edges. People I spoke to were uninterested and shook off any responsibility what so ever.
To top all this off, my belongings were missing en-route for some months after I was told when quoted that it would be 2 weeks delivery.

Hunts Moved us to France 8 years ago and were excellent. This year we moved back to England and decided to use Hunts again. Two young men came out to our property in France assuming they would be there a day packing us up. We had a very large property and arranged with the company that it would be around three days but they had not been told this. Long story short - on return to England we had to claim for several items of furniture which were damaged because of careless packing and the cleaning of 2 light coloured sofas, which had the writing from packing cases imprinted on them. Unfortunately Our 5 year old 3D Tv (which had cost over a £1000) went straight into storage and it was my bad for not checking that it worked, even though there was no physical damage. After 5 months of going through the house buying process we got our stuff out of storage only to find the screen had been broken. All in all a terrible experience and would not recommend Hunts to my worst enemy!

I would definitely recommend Hunts International Removal Company to anyone including family and friends. The service was excellent from the moment we first contacted them to give us a quote to remove our belongings from SOUTH BIRMINGHAM TO NORTHERN IRELAND. The two guys Ian and Simon who loaded all of our belongings onto the van were extremely helpful and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us. Then moving on to the delivery of our belongings in N.I again a different crew who were both excellent and extremely friendly, helpful and courteous, despite it lashing down with rain, we cannot thank them all enough. Once again Hunts, we thank you so much and our only regret was that we should have booked your packing service instead of doing it ourselves.

We moved from Gers France to Charente Maritime France on a dreadfully wet day. We were so stressed but Reiss and Jason arrived on time, very polite, very professional and completed our move with enthusiasm, it couldn't help but take away our stress, we cant express our appreciation at how hard they worked in the entire process. This is the 2nd time we used Hunts International. They were amazing, the guys were so strong and efficient. We have loads of fragile and antique furniture and they have done a great job taking care of them. So far, nothing is broken. It was on time, on budget, the whole experience has been great! Highly recommended!

Really could not fault the service. The pick up and delivery crews were brilliant, they went out of their way to do a great job responding to every thing we asked for.

I have now used Hunts removals for transporting my goods from UK to France and have to say the removal teams on both occasions where very friendly help full and careful in everything the moved all good arrived on time without damage nothing was too much trouble for them. Also competitively priced

I was so happy with every aspect of the way the move was done. The guys were so helpful and pleasant. I received all my goods in perfect condition, and even though I packed everything myself nothing was broken. I would recommend Hunts to anyone that is moving. Hunts picked up the remainder of my furniture two years after handling my initial house move. On both occasions, the goods arrived in a timely manner with no damages. They even returned to the property to pick up some items that we forgot to put on the truck. The staff, sales and removal, were friendly and professional. They were also among the lower cost quotes that we got.

Where do I begin? It first started off with hiring a company in UAE called Euromovers. It started off well with them when they came to visit and collect the goods, then my suspicions of a rouge company started to arise from the lack of communication. It took Euromovers months to even get to the stage of shipping my goods. ( I could go on for hours about how Euromovers were but I will end that story here )
The goods finally got shipped ( 4 months after collecting from our home ) and the container with our and other peoples goods arrived at port in the UK. This is where Hunts International came in to the picture. Well actually Hunts International were oblivious to the container arriving as Euro movers had not informed them and shipped it under their name. I later found out that the container had been sat at the port for weeks until Hunts had been contacted by the relevant person(s) at the port to inform them.
Hunts then stepped in to action and tried to make contact with Euromovers to resolve the fact that Euromovers HAD NOT EVEN PAID THE SHIPPING COSTS!!!!!!! As you can imagine I was outraged at this point as Euromovers had seriously let me and my family down!
I was contacted by Lance Hunt from Hunts International and he had explained to me that he that the Euromovers had not paid the shipping line and many other parties. He explained that that they had paid the costs in order to get the container with my goods on board released from the port and to their warehouse. At least it was safe and sound at this point and not in no mans land. I spoke with Lance/Adam and Daryl along the way and they kept me well informed of the progress.
Once they got all the costs from the shipping line that the rats Euromovers had used and all the charges from the port, they contacted me and gave me the costs. As you can imagine I was furious as I had already PAID Euromovers for a door to door service. But I understood that I Had no choice as Euromover had completely stitched me up. Saying that I can not be more thankful for the team at Hunts as they have done nothing but help me along this very difficult situation that I hope that I never face again. I have been informed by Lance that some of the other people that had their goods on board are not so happy. I can only say that they must have blinkers on and more foolish for them for not being able to understand how they have helped us so much. Our goods would still have been at port building storage costs on a daily basis.
When I do come to move again, I will most certainly be using Hunts again as they have gone above and beyond the line of duty.
Long and short of this review is

Hunts International = Fantastic company that have gone above and beyond what was expected of them. Thank you for all your help from the bottom of my heart.
Euromovers = Lying, deceitful RATSo ( they will go to court for this, I have since found out that the owner of Euromovers also owns another company that the police will be in touch with soon)
