I’ve had this mattress a month . I laid on it in the showroom and tried various Hypnos pillow top mattresses, it seemed comfortable and very supportive .
I purchased a firm mattress .After a month I now cannot wake up without
backache and sciatica. I’ve never had back problems before .
I have to get out of bed and the muscle aches gradually ease off
It seemed very comfortable when I tried it out in the shop and I really thought it would suit me .
I paid £1800. 00 and it’s a failure so I’m looking at buying another mattress .
My advice is do not touch this mattress or if you want to take the risk after reading one star reviews like I did then do but be prepared to be disappointed and out of pocket because for sure you will be changing it .
It does not matter which firmness one buys these pillow tops are over rated and quite frankly a disaster

Best things comes to those who wait. 6 weeks to arrive as its has to be produced and mainly by hand so a lot of craftsmanship has gone into its manufacturing. Lovely and comfortable, best night's sleep in ages, completely different from our last memory foam mattress. This traditional mattress is so much more supportive and nice. Being the Natural Origins 10 the construction and materials are better for your skin and the environment. We are extremely pleased with our Split Superking mattress and we have recommended it to everyone who have wanted to know about it. Thank you for building the best mattresses.

we bought our Hypnos mattress in good faith trusting recommendation from reviews and we are very pleased with it very comfortable. the only thing is people have to realise when you buy a quality traditional mattress you must turn it as recommended to get the best out of it .

My new hypnos bed is brilliant. It has been super comfortable from the first sleep. I seem to sleep deeper and fuller now.

Bought a double bed following diagnosis of Polymyalgia (type of Rheumatoid Arthritis) after 3-4 months of disrupted/irregular sleep.
Since purchase, sleep has been uninterrupted and provided significant comfort, even when sleeping on side.
Also purchased pillow which is best I have ever owned - comes with me on weekend breaks.

After sleeping in a hotel using Hypnos mattress,I had never slept so comfortably,so decided to invest in one,great choice.Quality isn't cheap,but good sleep is priceless.

This new mattress has transformed the quality of sleep for both my wife and I enormously, we are now in our early 60's wake up refreshed and without aches and pains so often experienced at our age. We keep asking ourselves why we didnt buy a new Hpnos mattress sooner.

The bed is extremely comfy. I like that it is made of mostly natural fibres. Under-bed storage is excellent!

Be aware that if you have a turn-only bed, you'll need to turn it weekly for the first three months. The mattress is heavy. Hypnos' instructions say you must have two people to turn the mattress. After three months, turning is every season.

This mattress is the absolute crème de la crème of them all. Super comfy and an absolute joy to sleep in every night. It is so well made and of the upmost luxury and quality. By far the best mattress purchase we have made. Don’t look anywhere else for your mattress.

I bought a Hypnos Wool Origins 8 mattress in Superking to replace an old mattress that was no longer supportive.

This mattress in medium firmness is very supportive while also being comfortable. I sleep well every night. I barely feel my wife moving at the other side of the bed.

The only downside is the weight of the mattress. It weighs about 70kg and needs to be alternating flipped or rotated every week for the first 3 months. I can just manage it on my own as someone who lifts weights 5 times a week but ideally it's a 2 person job, especially in superking size.

It's a great mattress that I hope stands the test of time as we've only had it for a few months so far.

The bed is very good for sleeping on best yet!

I was impressed when I saw this at the warehouse but once payment is finalised, then I was told that I have to turn the mattress around every other week! I live alone and not young and this continues to be an issue which is a bit let down.

Excellent beds. Very comfortable and well made. The Ottoman is a great addition for extra space and very sturdy. Easy to lift as well. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a new Hypnos mattress for my Hypnos bed and after looking online The Winchester Bed Company were the only local company to immediately respond to my enquiry. On visiting the store I was greeted by Nick who, by looking at 8 1/2 stone me and me telling him about my Rheumatoid Arthritis, was spot on with the choice of mattress he recommended - even better than the original mattress - so now I get an even more blissful night's sleep than I had with the first Hypnos mattress and a much, much better service from the other local retailer!

Our Hypnos mattress is super comfortable, no aching joints in the morning. It is a joy to go to bed.
