This year I am finishing my new kitchen…
This year I am finishing my new kitchen installation and needed a different connector for my extractor ducting. I was able to find exactly what I needed and as I have used i-sells before, I knew the sizing would be right. The adapter was delivered in good time, well packaged and is now fitted and working.

Great Product and Customer Service
We bought our first Kair fans in February 2021, after our two fans bought from a different manufacturer failed within a short period of time.
I was a little hesitant to buy these Kair fans, as they were more expensive than the units they were replacing, but having done the research and got familiar with the additional functionality that the Kair fans offered, we decided to take the plunge.
More than five years later, we are very happy with our purchase … so much so that we bought another three of them in the last year. They are all mounted in four bath/shower rooms and one utility room … four of them are ceiling mounted and the other one is wall mounted.
Ted and Phil at I-Sells have been terrific in suggesting the best settings for use to use in each of the locations and they are all happily running very quietly and economically to keep a good airflow in their respective rooms for most of the day until the boost mode is automatically activated when the humidity exceeds the level that the unit has been set to maintain … usually when someone is taking a bath or shower. It is also possible to manually activate the boost mode if required.
The later models that we bought allow a higher boost setting than the earlier ones and are a definite improvement.
I can highly recommend these fans and I-Sells’ customer care to anyone who wants a reliable and highly functional product, which is backed by a five year warranty, for their home or business.

Good delivery, good quality product, at a good price. My only reservation was that the ducting sections were a slightly different shades of white which looks a bit odd on exposed sections.

Mediocre experience
Mediocre experience. Paid for next day delivery service, but frankly Parcel Force are not a company you want to use for something time critical. Odds are they'll come up with some bizarre reason for failing to deliver - in this case it was "delivery address inaccessible" - hint it wasn't.
The exterior vent cover supplied felt flimsy and low quality. I bought a better on from Amazon.
