IAMTHEAGENT, is the REAL DEAL. I have used it now for as long as they have been going 15 YEARS.

It get"s you STRAIGHT on to ZOOPLA, RIGHTMOVE, and Primelocation without ANY FUSS. No double logging in, nothing. It wipes the pants of ANY estate agent or agency. You pay maybe 99GBP each time you list, and it is virtually straight up on the above sites.

So think about it like this.... Any other agent will ask you to pay 1,500 for a let of 1,500, or, the same as your entiire rent for a month. That's your entire rent!!! Any other agent would also ask the tenant to pay the same!!!! IAMTHEAGENT cuts those costs but keeps you just as safe.

Because I control everything easily myself, I don't have to worry about lazy lousy agents doing their job.

IAMTHEAGENT, holds your hand all the way. Be ready to have proof of ownership and your mortgage handy, and familiarise yourself with Deposit Protection Service (DPS), handling that separately yourself. Never use Tenant deposit Scheme, too hard.

But back to IAMTHEAGENT. I love that you get an email notification everytime someone is interested. Be prepared to step up yourself and contact them on their email and no. provided. I had 70 my first use, within the first day... that's 70 PEOPLE interested. I politely got back to all and was able to interview the ones I was interested in first on phone and then upon their viewing. Tip, (arrange your viewing safely... i.e make sure someone knows where you are, and maybe even have them live on a whatsapp call with you, I do that with my colleague who manages the house for me). She also does deep cleans for me every month, so I can check on maintenance and quality, contact me if you wanna know about that, contact Iamtheagent with my landlord agent ID 4920496, and ask to get in touch with me.

But IAMTHEAGENT is the best business I have come across. I love the photo controls for example, I can swap them around, order them how I want, and as many as I want.

TIP... use all IAMTHEAGENT tips about describing your place... it makes things simpler. But bare in mind, tenants might not read ANYTHING, and they make mistakes, and misunderstanding... so much better to call them first to make sure they understand what they are looking at, and ALWAYS paste the link back to them if emailing, with the IATA number, so they remember what they have viewed.

It's BOTH the price, and the convenience of having all paperwork you need to do it yourself, WITH help, and 24 hour response time to any of your questions.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Iamtheagent. I am a very hard sell, but this is the best in the market. I will never use an estate agent, only Iamtheagent.

From the moment I signed up, the service has been excellent. It was an easy initial process of choosing what package to have and then paying for it. I was immediately contacted by email to progress the photography appointment which took place with 2 days. While I waited for this, I wrote the information about my property that would be posted online. Their website process for this is simple and straightforward.
Once the photos and floorplan were back, I was able to upload everything and then I let the company know I was ready to ‘go live’. The enquiries arrive by email with the contact details of the person so you can either ring them directly or respond via the online portal. It would be good to have a text letting you know you have an enquiry, but I’m being picky! All in all, a very user friendly process that is fantastic value.

Great company. Online estate agents are two a penny but this one is a breath of fresh air. Cheaper than many, great customer support and been working with I Am The Agent for 7 years. Same team members, who I know by name, a proper business. It is frustrating to see the negative reviews they sometimes get from people who blame the company/them for losing out on properties as they don’t deal with that side of it. What they do is market properties and support homeowners to rent and sell properties and they do it jolly well!

Really helpful when I found a flat they were advertising on Rightmove and needed more information. Nothing was too much trouble, great customer service for an online business.

having agreed and our offer accepted by the vendor. Instructing our solicitor to proceed with the sale and in contact with the vendors solicitor (having paid our initial solicitors fee of several hundred pounds) and provisionally agreed a moving date with our purchaser .
Three days after agreeing the sale, the vendor informed us by e mail that he had received a better offer and the sale of the property to us was cancelled. Having spoken to our estate agent the noted that given the vendor was effectively arranging the sale himself there was little we could do. they did note that if the sale had been handled by the normal method of each party having there own estate agent this issue could have been resolved. Estate Agents have recently been trying to improve the general image of purchasing property and avoid the "Gazumping" which has been prevalent in the past. our advice would be only deal with vendors who have instructed a reputable estate agent to conduct the sale of their property and not the vendor direct. Absolutely no control on the course of events with respect to the sale and the vendor can effectively do as he pleases with little regard for other parties involved in the chain.

Previously, i have used local Letting Agents to advertise our properties, however with rising costs all around, we decided to try an online agent.
Whilst researching on line agent, I Am The Agent were the the ones to reply quickly to any questions i had.
We decided to use them to advertise our properties using the Essential Lettings package.
The process of listing your property is easy and user friendly. Potential tenants make contact through I Am the Agent and an email and text message is sent to alert you that you have an enqiury
So far we have let 2 properties with I Am The Agent, and will continue to use them.
Highly recommend this company.

I found the whole experience of using I Am The Agent very cost efficient and straight forward. Staff answered emails promptly and I saved about £3000 on estate agency fees. I sold my house within a week. For me, using I Am The Agent, is a complete no brainer if you are happy managing viewings and dealing with potential purchasers yourself. (I did have the option to have more assistance from the agent but was happy doing it myself). I would 100% recommend!

Great way to find tenants. Reasonable costs. store property details. No need to reinvent the wheel everytime the property is for rent.

Overall very good. The support team were excellent and responded very quickly to questions and proactively sent useful information at each stage. The automated aspects need some work, particularly the message system. All messages (sent and received) are stored in one box with no useful way of filtering. The info collected by the automated system is pretty useless and buyers don't have to include an email address, so you have to call some buyers back rather than sending out a prepared email.
Despite the faults with the automated features, we would use them again as the support team was very good. We had over 30 viewings, 14 offers (all over asking), and accepted an offer less than 2 weeks after listing.

We used I Am The Agent to let our property in January 2022, having previously used them in 2017.

The process was efficient and the support on both the listing and contract process was really appreciated.

We were able to get a strong list of potential tenants through the online advertisements and were really happy with the support from I Am The Agent.

We also obtained an EPC and reference checking service and these were good as well.

I sold our Home in 6 Days after putting it on line. I saved £1300- £2000 by using this service and was in control 1st hand so got things through quickly ( no middle man )
The staff at I Am The Agent had the chance to charge me more when I asked for advice
and they were really honest and advised I didn’t need to do anything else and I saved another £650 thanks to there honesty.
If you have IT skills this is the way to go.

Harriet and Claire have been so wonderful in our search for the perfect rental flat in London. They were swift and warm in scheduling a viewing for a property we really liked and then guided us smoothly through the tenancy referencing process. They were lovely and genuine and made our experience positive and pain-free.
