Just what I need
Can't fault this service which is perfect for me as a small landlord. I don't want to pay £600 to a traditional agent when I can do it much cheaper here, and equally importantly, I'd rather look directly into my potential tenant's eyes rather than rely on various references supplied by people who won't be carrying the can when things go wrong. I offer good houses to good people, so I Am The Agent gets those good tenants directly to me for very modest money.

We just dealt with I Am The Agent for the first time and we are incredibly pleased. Moving houses is always a stressful time, but Claire and Harriet did a wonderful job! It honestly is our first positive experience in dealing with estate agents, ever. Therefore, we would recommend them 100%!

Great company used for over 7 years…
Great company used for over 7 years (sorry I have taken an age to post), always on hand to help, great team, reliable and get results. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer, I have used larger brands (that have had millions) and cheaper competitors and they were incomparable to I Am The Agent on service levels and results I have over 17 properties and would always use them. You guys save me a lot of time and money!!

Amazing service, don’t think twice!
I decided to give a chance to I am The Agent to let out our property in London. And I am so glad I did that instead of any real estate agency as everything went so smoothly with a very small charge. We got an offer for the asking price on the day and everything was sorted in a week.
It was my first time letting out a property so was a little nervous but Kris and Lynton has been very professional and helpful throughout the process. They responded to all my questions so quickly and in a very informative manner, I was very impressed. I bought the whole shebang and also inventory service they provide. They did a very thorough job on credit checks and prepared a good tenancy agreement where you can make amendments if you would like. Inventory clerk was very good and detailed too. Our tenants were very happy with their service as well. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would recommend them to anyone and hope they keep up the amazing work they do. Thank you Kris and Lynton!

Although I experienced a few difficulties the first time I used this service the agents online help chat more than made up for it. They were always happy to help with every enquiry I had, even on a Saturday night!!
I received over 23 enquiries within 3 days and have let the property in under a week!
I can highly recommend and will most definitely be using their service again.

Fair price for outreach landlord gets, but software/functionality update overdue
Fair price for the outreach you get. The software is a bit clunky and inputting property details may require repeat attempts. Didn't like the property sign they affix to your property, better if you could affix it yourself and reposition/remove at one's discretion.
Applicants can easily respond - perhaps too easily. Increasing number of requests from fellow agents and scammers. The emails are not presented in a user-friendly fashion and functionality of software is very limited. Flow-through from other web sites (RightMove etc) means applicants don't know which property you're contacting them about.
IATA should carefully think about improving the landlord side services/interface as rivals will outcompete them otherwise. For the time being, will do but needs improvement. I've used IATA since, I think, 2015 - that in itself is an endorsement of sorts.

A very supportive agent with a rather …
A very supportive agent with a rather long-winded transaction. I would recommend their whole shebang package if you are not able to facilitate viewings and bookings by yourself. Found them very responsive to my queries and very efficient at dealing with other third parties, such as the solicitors. If you want to sell your home commission and hassle free I would recommend them.
