Went today (30th of September)to this awful place in Basingstoke to buy a new battery for my iPhone. The battery didn’t work and went back. The person who did the job was an apple certified worker who’s job is fixing this phones. Accused of damaging the battery for starters and then they came back and said not only I had damage the terminals I also was greeted with oh the battery is all lumpy and it’s beyond repair. I did not damaged the battery in any shape or form.
Bottom line is PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE ROBBED. They are thieves

Top guys at Camberley repaired my iPhone (touchscreen not working even after soft reboot) with no charge, even though I had dropped it, and caused an issue with an internal hardware connection. All done in 10 minutes with no fuss. Will be back..

Fitted a new screen to my phone. They had a professional approach and once the required part had arrived they fitted it the same day, it was not the easiest job and they kept working beyond closing time to complete it.

I cannot find my receipt from last September, asked for it to be resent was:
"I have just seen the dates you have stated and we cannot re issue receipts passed 14 days of payment.
I'm sorry about that but the system doesn't allow to re issue."

strange for a technology repair company this is crap customer service.

Any tech company that gives a 12 month warranty which the receipt is on there system and they can see it, I spoke to 3 branches the WOKING branch stated "YOU ARE NOT ON THE SYSTEM BUT I CAN SHOW THEM RECEIPY FROM THIS YEAR.

12month Warranty and the repair lasted 9months.

The Camberley store has mended three of my family phones. The customer service is absolutely brilliant with friendly staff and professional service- would 100% recommend

The Camberley team were amazing,
I'd put the SIM in wrong in my brand new phone but they said they could help, then explained everything they would do to fix it, although it would take a day and maybe some parts. I was given a price the left.
The next day I returned and was told it was fixed without needing parts, consequently, they lowered the price!
I love that the company are not only friendly but honest and transparent. I've already recommended one person and will definitely recommend more.

The staff at the Camberley branch must be among the most patient in the business, especially when dealing with an elderly customer with limited computer skills.
Saad in particular spent a long time over two visits helping me set up my new laptop. He was unfailingly polite and very knowledgeable as well as being willing to be available for further visits.

The Basingstoke branch of I broke My Gadget repaired the home button on my iPad today, they were brilliant, competitive price, very helpful, and did the repair in a few hours, thoroughly recommend them.

I refused to consign my trusty MacBook Pro to the scrapheap after only 7 years service just for the sake of an ailing battery - sadly it was apparently too old for Apple to fix. Thankfully, iBroke My Gadget Woking rode to the rescue, and fixed it, throwing in a one year guarantee - great service!

I am shocked, stunned, amazed. Honestly.

My Samsung S20 has a raised section at the back where the cameras are. The glass covering for that got broken.

Took it in and they insisted that the whole back should be replaced.
For £29.99 , including fitting and VAT.
I was stunned.
They ordered the part, came back and they fitted it in under 30 minutes.

Outrageous--- ly cheap and fabulous service.

It is a real pleasure (if a little surprising) to get great service at a really reasonable price

Amazing service at the Basingstoke branch today! Took my iPhone 12 in to replace the screen because I had some large cracks! An hour later my phone was looking like new and it turns out the damage was only on my old screen protecter and not the actual glass!! So thanks to the honesty of the lovely staff I not only saved a lot of money but you know you can 100% trust them because I would have never known any difference if he had charged for a new glass screen. Thankyou so much!

I broke the screen on my iPhone and I also had a dodgy charging port so took it into iBroke My Gadget in Basingstoke to have them both replaced. The screen was replaced quickly and very reasonably and the technician explained that he had cleaned the charging port which was cheaper and thus saved me the cost of a replacement port; it now works perfectly. That is what I call 'putting the customer first'.

Avoid the Basingstoke branch unless you wish to be ripped off. I took my laptop in after suffering with a flickering display and was charged £130 for a replacement screen.

When I got the laptop home it was clear they had replaced it with a sub-standard screen not matching the original specifications. After several trips to the store and attempts to contact the mysterious "head office" I was reluctantly offered a partial refund.

Within minutes of taking the laptop to a professional technician they confirmed there was a faulty cable (nothing to do with the screen) and had it fixed within the hour for £40. I cant decide whether the staff are just incompetent or are scammers - either way avoid like the plague!

Fantastic service from the camberley branch, I had an old phone that other local phone repair shops had turned away because they said it was too complicated.. The guy at the camberley branch didn't hesitate.. Took the phone in, gave clear explanation cost and what he was going to do and timescales..

I am very happy with the excellent service I received at the Basingstoke branch when I took my Android phone in for a screen repair. Although the phone was quite old and the screen had become detached, the assistant explained what could be done, gave me an indication of the cost and the timeframe for the repair. The phone is as good as new - great value, excellent service.

I took my laptop to the Woking shop to have a battery replacement. Left it with them. It was supposed to be sent off to a workshop in London as this couldn't be done on the premises.

On getting home, I was surprised to find that my laptop was logged into and being used in Woking (I get alerts when this happens), but thought no more of it. However, over the weekend it began to be used extensively, both during the day and late into the night and for several days after. Then it was subsequently taken out of the shop, to an address in Horsell, where it continued to be used till very late and into the small hours of the morning, and reappeared at the shop location the next day. This happened on at least 17 occasions while the laptop was in their possession, and I have screenshots of the dates and times and locations of these accesses. I took back my laptop from the shop without repair as a matter of urgency.

As a result of this I had to change all the passwords in my bank accounts, credit cards, Paypal account, eBay account, email accounts, and other online services. Never again.

Fantastic service, Good and fair prices, absolutely helpful staff.
