Having broken my iPad screen contacted I broke my Gadget who fixed the screen within the hour. Can’t fault the service at all.

Terrible service - stay away
Terrible service. They took in my laptop for repair and tried to return it in a worse condition. Now I have not heard from them for three months. They have terrible service. Not recommended, stay away.
Incompotent and Untrustworthy
Don't trust this company! They're incapable of doing anything more than the most basic phone screen replacements.
I cracked my laptop screen and had it replaced a few months ago, my computer came back with software glitches. So I took it back under warrenty and they told me it would take ten days to repair. Cut to a month later and they're continually lying to me about when it will be ready, I have to keep pestering them to keep me informed. What should have been a simple screen replacement became an absolute nightmare.
Sell your phones elsewhere!
I had a hardly used phone, that had always been kept in a case, had all its original accessories, in its box, everything looked brand new... ebay sold prices £170 to £200, I Broke My Gadget offered me £55 for it and rated it as a C grade, I laughed at them when they pointed out imaginary defects.
I then went to two of their highstreet competitors who rated it as an A grade, one of them offered £138 for it, my advice is sell your gadgets elsewhere, not to these guys!
Poor quality aftermarket parts at a high premium price
Went to the store in Bracknell as I urgently needed my phone fixed and I was passing through the area. Paid £70 for a screen replacement. The first screen had a huge malfunction on the first day, I had to take it back to get it replaced on the warranty. The screens were clearly low quality aftermarket screens, I made a mistake in choosing iBroke My Gadget. I have not yet replaced the second screen with a new one of Apple standard quality, and I am experiencing numerous issues with it. High price for bad parts, total ripoff.
Still waiting
I'm still waiting for this company to respond to my complaint , concerning my broken iPad.
Repair the screen and break earpiece and gyroscope
I brought my new Pixel 3 to the Shepherd's Bush store to replace the screen. When they returned me the phone neither the earpiece nor the gyroscope were working. I went back to the shop and they started to push me back with all possible excuses. I then decided to get in touch with the headquarter online. After few emails, they agreed it was their responsibility and they promised to repair the phone but for weeks they continued to claim they were waiting for the new pieces to come in. At the end they no longer replied to my emails.
I ended up bringing the phone to iSmash which may be more expensive but they have a completely different attitude and serious responsibility for what they touch.
WOKING Highly recommend.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fixed my phone on the spot for free. I had been quoted over £100 by the O2 shop and the phone would’ve been sent away!
Thieves
In February I cracked my s7 screen. I took it to the Shepherds bush store.
I get the phone screen replaced and all is working. 2 months later the phone screen goes black and nothing is no longer viewable. I take it back to the store as the screen is still under warranty.
They would refuse to fix it as they claimed I had dropped it there were no marks or cracks on the screen, so I don't know how they came to that conclusion.
Thieves and incompetent staff Don't use
Great service but poor quality product
Great service, pleasant team, only issue is the quality of the screen. Very jumpy when trying to scroll so had planned to return but while typing i noticed a “clicking” noise in bottom right corner, stupidly enough upon realising that the screen had lifted slightly I attempted to push it down in the corner resulting in cracking the glass. This prevented me from bothering going back as i assume they will blame me for dropping the phone. Since then i have noticed more parts of the white part above the screen flaking apart.
Laptop
I was originally told it would be fixed within 2 weeks, Sadly however it took over 4 weeks and I had to keep chasing them for an update. I also requested that the laptop to be formatted but this was not done as they forgot. However the laptop so far has worked fine... So disappointed with customer service.
iPad resurrected
iPad was condemned at Apple Store as irreparable so went to compare prices of new ones at John Lewis. Happening to pass iBroke My Gadget en route, called in on the off-chance and technician with super sharp eyes was able to diagnose the issue. Despite him going away on holiday imminently, the technician (sorry - forgot his name) dismantled and repaired the iPad that afternoon for considerably less than a new one and it has worked perfectly since. Really pleased.
Brilliant service
Brilliant service. He was more than happy to help. Super quick too.
The experience was terrible
The experience was terrible. Unprepared staff. Unable to make decisions. Rude Manager @ Putney Exchange Branch Store.
I have replaced mobile and lap top screens. After a week the mobile screen had the same problem back again. Went to the store. Advisor changed screen with no extra cost, but he didn’t have the screen cover protector to place on the new one. The advisor said he could refund the screen protector £10 but he didn’t know how to do it. He asked me to come back so his manager could do it.
I then bought a new screen sleeve protector on another store. Went back to the store and they didn’t want to give me back the £10.
I will never go back to that store. I will always recommend my friends to stay away from that store.
I have not received a satisfactory…
I have not received a satisfactory service from iBroke My Gadget.
I took my laptop to the Westfield branch to have the trackpad on my laptop changed. Following the repairs I was called by the lady in reception to come pick up my laptop this was way back in March of this year. I picked the laptop and returned home only to my horror that the volume on the laptop was not working. I immediately called the Westfield store to inform the lady of what had happened and she advised me to bring the laptop back into the store which I did. Upon dropping it off again she informed me that they will have too order another part to fix this for me. I got an email saying to bring my laptop back in for repairs that the part had arrived, but I was out of the country at the time. Upon my return I took the laptop in again and was told they would have to take the laptop in to check out what the problem was. I got a call on the 06/06 that it would cost me £59.99 to have the volume restored on my laptop. I refused to accept that as the volume was in perfect working order when I took my laptop in for the trackpad to be changed in March. This problem was created as a result of the repair that was carried out by iBroke My Gadget. I refuse to bear the sole responsibility, all am asking is that it should be done as a free service or at least go half with me. Not only that the track pad that was replaced still was not working as it should. After not having heard from them for over a week, I called again only to be told that my laptop was back in the shop for pick up without the volume still not working. I think that's very unfair as my laptop should be returned to me In good working order. What can one do with a laptop that has no volume. I can't take it anywhere else as they have already tampered with it and should be returned back to me fully functional.
Perfect service
Perfect service, dropped off iPad before dinner and picked it up late after meal.
Fair
They repaired my camera but it was a costly exercise for a new battery
