Took my daughters iPad to be repaired.

Polite and proffesional service.

Repairs come with a years guarantee.

I would have given 5 Stars but the fault wasn't fixed properly the first time around. I had to take the item back in order for the issue to be resolved.

I feel a goodwill gesture should have been offered in these circumstances.

I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from I Broke My Gadget. My battery had died on my iPad and Apple wanted to take it for three weeks to fit a replacement. It was done in three hours instead! And it was a better price.
Thank You. I have been recommending the Bracknell Branch and its staff at every opportunity to friends and colleagues.

Took in Galaxy 4S mobile that would no longer charge (broken connector port), as final effort before buying a new phone. 15 minutes later, replacement connector supplied and fitted, all working as new. Can't fault the service.

Stumbled upon this place in Westfields and enquired whether they could fix an issue with my phone. They looked at it straight away, had the right part at a competitive price and fixed it within the hour. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you

Would recommend. Took over a week for a replacement screen for my iPhone 4 to arrive at the store but once in my phone repaired in a few hours. They also fitted a new battery so now good as new.

Shocking customer service, I have received the review without having my item back or in working condition. I left the surface pro late March. Expected to hear back by 2nd April. Still waiting. No device and no word from them.

I’ve had nothing but issues with my iPhone 6 I have a years warranty with it but they don’t repair nothing on my iPhone 6.
I’ve only had it since March but as I said yeah nothing but issues don’t buy nothing from them
