Loved the service i received. Kept me up to date on the status of my repair & such prompt return of my laptop..

Great help with fixing my tv pcb. Quick turnaround. Great pricing. Cheaper than a service engineer.

The repair took longer than stated - almost 90 minutes. When I returned, the home button fingerprint read wasn't working, so the person fixing it (not the one speaking to me) tried it again with another screen and put on a second screen within 5-10 minutes.

A few days later the home button stopped working altogether. I was travelling so had to use the 'on screen home button' from accessibility settings.

Went back for another repair which took a few days and I was asked to reveal my unlock pin for testing - not entirely comfortable with it!

After a few days I got a call to say it is fixed. Indeed the home button is working, but since the repair the screen seems much darker and not covering the whole area, so when pressing around edges it confuses actions etc. Will be going to Apple next time!

Professional and friendly. My iphone had a faulty screen and they replaced it and now its had no problems with it since! Totally recommend!

They fixed my phone and it took a lot longer than they said it would to do. I received it back and the sensor (so the screen locks when you’re on a call and it’s near your face) didn’t work. So I took it back, and they made it a little better than it was. However I don’t know what screens they use, but I had on one of there screen protectors (they put it on for me) and it dropped a few cm and smashed the screen protector and the screen. Won’t be using again.

I always go to these guys no hassle straight forward not expensive and they tell you exactly what is wrong

honest and tried their best but failed to fix my iphone7. Mind you neither could Apple.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting for my mobile to have a new battery it has been aprox about one week and it seems a rather long time for your shop to obtain a battery for my Sony Xperia.Therefore I feel one star is all I can give you.

Fixed it, was slow with repairing and slow with answering me ... no one answers the phone or voicemails ... no one answers emails. Laptop screen come back ... apprently a new batterie in my laptop yet it comes up saying issues with the batterie and don’t last that long at all ! Screws also missing from the bottom of the laptop and also one for the screen and considering was to fix screen and batterie ... Won’t use again sorry !

Screen is fragile and a poor aftermarket replacement, low pixels, low brightness(almost orange), poor fitting, poor quality(fragile).

I had the screen replaced picked it up said it does not look right as the quality of the pictures was terrible he said that is how it was and if I did not like it tough.
With in two days the screen had cracked even though a screen flip case was on it and it cracked all the way though, took it to apple shop they said it was an extremely cheap aftermarket replacement had it replaced at apple now been a month and no issues, in summary pay the extra 40£ with apple and get it sorted properly lesson learnt!
