First class product and excellent after sales service.

I bought an Android head unit for my car from these guys. Having no previous experience I set about fitting it myself (how hard could it be!). I called them several times during the installation, each time they made the time to listen and advise what was going wrong and how to resolve it.

This is a first class company with excellent after sales service. I will be recommending them and using them again.

Great service

Ordered an android unit with dab,and apple car play. I was very pleased with the communication from them and tracking of shipping. When the unit arrived and I needed assistance they were just at the end of the phone and happy to assist. I will be ordering from them again 👍🏾

Nice Android Navigationsradio

I bought a nice CCC Android Navigationsradio at the shop for my BMW e61 lci ...
I had a little problem at the first install, but I got a perfect support and everything got well at the end!

I‘m very thankful! Perfect product, perfect support !!!

IN CAR DASH CAMERA FOR BMW

Received the in car dash cam for BMW and item is working perfectly with the android screen, also bought from Iceboxauto. It was very easy to install and the picture is very clear. I am very happy with the happy with the item and would recommend Iceboxauto UK to anybody. A great service, thank you.

Everything went well

Everything went well. It's just a shame that no installation instructions or operating instructions are included. Luckily I got the Android radio to work properly through Youtube. Now everything works as it should. Device can be recommended.

Excellent shop

I can highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to upgrade their car radio/stereo ,
I had few small problems with my radio but they fixed it for me in no time ! All their products are coming with 2 years warranty so if anything goes wrong their got great customer service based in UK which will always help resolve the issue ,
Don't be fooled and order from aliexpress to save some money because if anything goes wrong you will twice as much !!!
I have ordered my 2 radio from them with confidence , meant to wait over a week and 3 days later radio is with me already :)

My STORY explained

This review will be deleted for shure because they have a lot of problems and bad experience must be hide from public. This owner Rob is not only rude, but he is tempter too. He nice from start sent you pleasant mails (bare with me,wait I will sort out, I will be withyou shortly.....) but in reality he only wan't to spend this 28 days for return to past away. Attention you don't want to be imposed upon from him and take a big care because, you wan't to try what you get it' over - this then now USED goods and if don't suit to your expectation, you wouldn't be allowed to return what you get. Everybody from Ebay and PayPal onwards are revolted by this handling, Me disgust because this practice should be convicted as cheater on sell deliberately. I sugest all stay out from this seller extra ROB. Their tehnical service is from personal opinion also unprofessional. Not to explain you that my story still last almost 4 months and on the end I must fight for returning my money back. ATTENTION ! ATTENTION! ATTENTION ! FRAUD IN PROGRESS
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::.Yes you need only two hours to answer with lies and foreseeing in which condition is unit you deliver and it is stil by me at home.

WHAT ABOUT CORONA VIRUS - YOU DIDN'T ANSWER for weeks BECAUSE OFFICE WAS CLOSED ???To a refund will be refused by our legal team. I hear from this crap already for 2 months now. You didn't think about time frame before NO you misled me that I should wait on technical team advice and ... You to forget to mentioned that I ask you for return in March. And from March till June you advice me what to try with set on unit Once again you talk about was install but the very truth is, unit is only connected to verify working. Where do you see marks and breaches on unit at my home -and you will must prove your statement to inform me not to connect unit -why should then want to return?Once again

HI, its nice to see that people fail to adhere to consumer rights legislation and then find fault with us. We do not fraudulently conduct our business, we adhere to all legislation set aside by EU framework. What you fail to mention here is that you informed us that you was going to return the product which was met with a clear response of it being no problem but return it in the same condition as received which is BRAND NEW. We informed you prior of receiving the product "to return it in the same condition as received" if you require a refund so you was advised on 2 occasions. Even beyond you being advised on 2 occasions of this. You decided to install the unit and have use of it. The unit now has installation marks and breaches the 'Returns of conditions' policy. We are within our rights to exercise our option for a refusal of the item but we have not. You was never declined the return, you had discussions with us regarding why you used it when we told you not to. I am sorry if you do not show any approval to this policy but you where fully aware that the unit was to be returned unused. Hopefully, you will adhere to this policy in future and take more noticed of the advice you was given.

Additional info - Your statement of "fail to adhere to consumer rights legislation" is an admittance that you did wrong. If you had educated yourself on the terms of the sale page you ordered under. You will see that ICEBOXAUTO works in partnership with Witson whose legal team takes care of Paypal disputes so when you activated the PayPal dispute, they are now in control of this. Not ICEBOXAUTO. If you care to refer back to the email we sent on the 2nd of June 2020 (2 days before you opening dispute), you will see the following

" I have not refused the return, i only question why you have used it.".

As advertised in the sale page you ordered under, we are in control of all the sides of the transaction such as dispatch, after care, returns.
If you had returned the unit and not opened Paypal dispute then it would of been resolved with a refund. You did not and its now Witson legal team who are now dealing with this Paypal case. As soon as they authorise the return is to proceed then ICEBOXAUTO will be in touch.

Rude company owner called Rob. Phone number on eBay is a dud. Claims i am aggressive, yet no evidence to show so. I am a customer, their customer service is beyond a joke. aVOID!
