Im sorry you were not satisfied with your experience
I can see the order was made on the 3rd July at 8.32pm, it was shipped the next day on the 4th on a non guarantee 24hr service, we also have an optional next day guaranteed service
It was delivered on the 6th of July (today) with photographs of the package in a letterbox, & from the email correspondence I see we are awaiting a reply from you
The timelines you mention above are incorrect im afraid, yet we will endeavour to resolve this for you as quickly as possible

Hi, I can see you ordered on Saturday & was shipped on Monday as per our opening hours
If you track your order with the tracking provided in the shipment email, you will see it was shipped on the Monday as stated during checkout
The 24hr delivery you selected is not a guarantee but an aim, we do have a next day guaranteed option available also
I apologise on Royal Mails behalf, we shipped on time & to the method selected
Generally almost all 24 hour deliveries arrive the next day yet theres no guarantee
