My brother applied for a car loan
My brother applied for a car loan. I'm the co-applicant. For one month they kept on verifying our addresses and after one month of this shi_tty service they cancelled our loan application, giving meaningless reasons.
Their customer service is worst. None of the managers picked my call during the loan process. I had to call them with unknown numbers.
These are a bunch of worthless people providing shi_tty services.
After they rejected my loan i applied in HDFC and the loan got sanctioned in 3 days. Guess you ICICI guys should look for other jobs because this bank wont last.

What a waste of time, money and energy. Unknowingly used icici mobile app recharge option and lost money, due to technical problems of the ICICI bank and still struggling to get it solved, going pillar to post with the icici customer care, relationship manager, branch manager etc etc...but no solution

The website is pathetic, absolutely pathetic.. there is no better term than this to use, logs out when it feels like, errors, you can’t find anything in one page, they have mirrored the website to what actually happens in India, run from pillar to post, it’s exactly that way built.
Wish someone with some very little brian cells could do this with a redesign, perhaps a westerner who can get Indians to code , not design..

I wanted to do balance transfer and for that mr. Nagesh from kothrud branch approached me.
As per all details provided i agreed with the balance transfer.
They provided me DD and letter by post (nothing was mentioned to submit dd) and after that nothing was communicated.
When i got msg from other bank for my emi then i informed mr nagesh. After that he told me in very casual way that i should have submitted that dd in bank, as if it was my daily job and i should know it.
When i went to submit the DD i got to know that i have to pay additional inr 34000, when same was informed this guy first said yes u need to pay and after that saying to check with bank why they are charging. I informed him it was a foreclosure charges. I was shocked when i heard that he had no idea about it and now i dont have any option but to pay 34k.
Because of his absent mind or not having proper knowledge, I paid 34k.
Never trust this guy or icici bank.

Very satisfied with the friendly and professional service from Relationship Officer,Mr Binoj George at their Manchester,uk branch. My wife and I had to change our address and update some KYC information on our joint account. On line would have taken a long time and at branch the officer completed all paperwork very efficiently in an hour. Thank you Mr George.30

bank staff and prudential team is deducted premium two times for a year, now hesitating to revert back , coming with several excuses , false commitment as cheque sent to address, but never received it.
later dully filled form given with ID proof to revert back to provided account with cancelled cheque. last 5 months my money is not reverted back and demanding serveral documents , for their own mistake to correct it. its frustrating experience . even DBM is totally non professional staff, not replying to email.
RECEIVED back premium amount after 6 months frustrating nuisance follow up without interest. Shame on such bank.

I wish I can give zero for this bank. The staff of this bank is very backwards. They literally ask for your phone to write googles reviews. Specially their Manager Megha Hooda and pranami khund.
