READY FOR A TRIP TOMORROW

Bracelets received quickly and looked exactly as they were designed. Wish they had more options for sliders that don't lock the bracelet in place. Like the wooden bead but didn't need the locking feature.

I've used this company many times for our Festival we hold every year. Fanatical about customer service and delivery.

The final product had an inverted logo on our lanyards. I missed it in the proof because the proof is TINY and everything else was correct. It was embarrassing to have an upside down state when lobbying at our state Capitol. I received a 20% refund, which was disappointing.

This is the second time that we have used ID&C.

We have designed and created fabric wristbands on bulk order from ID&C.

We used one of their templates to get the sizing and space required for the serial numbers correct.

Uploaded it all, popped in the specs and a few weeks later, appeared top quality wristbands.

Great quality wristbands and the process was very easy to get them sorted!

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. I could not recommend more.

Amazing staff, very supportive.

Did have some issues with UPS putting the delivery on the wrong van, which slowed down getting them and cut the timings quite fine, but they figured this out in the end, and this wasn't ID&C's ownership.

The badges looked beautiful and were such a hit on the day!

We used this for a wedding and party. It was perfect. the cloth bands are just like a festival and was fun to see guests with "bride", "groom", "family", etc... great conversation starter

The bracelets came out absolutely beautiful but no one can get them off.

The wristbands are amazing! They came out even better than I imagined. IDC answered questions that I had. My order shipped exactly when quoted and came on time. I will be using them again in the future.

I recently tried to make an order for large print of badges. I am so disappointed as it all stated of so well. I spoke to a helpful customer service agent who advised although the time was tight they would b able to complete my order. I made sure I called before I make any order to make sure it was possible. However it quickly went down hill when my first email took over 24 for a reply and I had to call to chased. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE AWARE OF THE TIME SCALE. They then wanted to charge me and additional fee due to there lack of communication and response time. I chased 5 times for payment details and to complete and after all this was asked for the basic information I sent in my first email again!!! All my trust was gone and therefore cancelled my order as if they can't find the details I have already sent the chances of them delivery my order on time was very little. One of the worst customer service and service i have used. Do not use not trustworthy.
