Worst kind of experience with IDFC…

Worst kind of experience with IDFC First Bank. IDFC First bank is cheater. I took home loan for Rs 55 Lakhs against BT from IDBI. They gave the cheque on 23rd March and cheque date put on was 27th February. Hence, they try to cheat me for almost one month interest which comes out to be app.Rs 36k. Bank and DSA colluded to cheat the customer.

Pleas do something with the app

Pleas do something with the app. Not complaining about IDFC First Bank app's features but it's just the app runs too too slow. It takes a lot of time and patience to do whatever activities I want to do on the application!

Pathetic service, poor management

The CUSTOMER CARE OF THE IDFC FIRST BANK IS PATHETIC. THEY SHOULD LEARN FROM OTHER TOP PRIVATE BANKS. The apps are not upto the mark. Even the largest bank in country has much better apps and portal. This bank also doesn't provide the welcome voucher as they promise, they did sent an email with a link but there's no option to claim the voucher. And, even after sending email to the CEO the same is NOT resolved. So, an urgent change in the top management might be the option for them. Meanwhile, I'm planning the close all my relationships with this bank.
P.S. Before you become their customer they are so nice to you but they neither have the staff nor technologies that can make this bank keep functioning successfully in future.
