The lights are so lovely just what I expected good quality

I bought some lovely high quality Annsofie- Shepherd Ladies Felt Slippers. They are perfect and I expect they will last along time given the robustness of the felt and leather. The rubber sole also allows quick trips to the bin if needed. The slippers were in the sale, arrived on time and were beautifully packaged.

I have paid weeks ago for an outdoor coffeee table paid immediately it has been lost in delivery the matter has been rectified and Claire has kindly sorted everything out Shane about the table no more in stock

Claire was incredibly helpful in organising the delivery of our bamboo modular sofa. The sofa looks great in the garden. The low profile and open bamboo design makes it blend in with the plants rather than monopolise the garden. We loved it so much we bought a third section! The delivery service was very fast and the delivery workers were very helpful and polite too. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Well this is going to be a cracker folks I’ve never heard of anyone leaving a review thanking yet another scammer to say “THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING MY MONEY AND SENDING ME NOTHING I WILL MAKE A POINT IN FUTURE TO SEND YOU MORE MONEY FOR NOTHING NEXT WEEK”
When I buy online (and if there’s anyone out there who does any different please let me be know)and I don’t recieve what I’ve purchased I contact the scammer or shady ceo and ask them where my item is , they almost every time ignore you or send you back an email saying here is the tracking number , I already have the tracking number (fool) because I’ve been trying to track this item and absolutely nothing is happening so I want you to find out where it is the shady lady or gent then sends an email saying contact the courier company and this is where it gets good LEGALLY when you buy something online you pay the company , in this case IDYLL HOME it’s IDLE HOME who took my money so it’s IDLE HOME I entered into a contract with, NOT THE COURIER COMPANY IDLE HOME ENTERS INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE COURIER SERVICE IDLE HOME PAYS THE COURIER FOR A SERVICE WHICH IS TO DELIVER MY ITEM TO ME . Because I have never received A THING from IDLE HOME THEY are responsible and have to send me my item BUT then the SHADY CEO emails you back and says here is proof that your item was delivered and there’s a picture of A CLOSED DOOR 🤭, A HAND OR TWO 🤭 AND A BOX WHY HAS THE COURIER NOT TAPPED THE DOOR AND HANDED ME MY ITEM LIKE NEARLY EVERY OTHER COURIER COMPANY DOES I have returned home and had parcels at my front door I lift them and take them in if they fit or I’m keeping it good job if not I return it as one does. But WAIT FOR THIS A REAL SHADY CHARACTER SHE THEN SENDS ME THE RUDEST EMAIL SAYING “I take it this is you , you seem to make a habit of not recieving items as I said at the beginning of this review if I’m paying good honest money for something online and I don’t get it and I have tried EVERYTHING ELSE and exhausted myself sending email after email and I’m getting SHADY INFORMATION BACK FROM THE CEO LIKE TRACKING NUMBERS USELESS PHOTOGRAPHS YOU BET IM COMING ON TRUST PILOT AND LEAVING A TRUE AND HONEST REVIEW and that takes me back to the beginning of my TRUE AND HONEST REVIEW it’s only A FOOL WHO WOULD DO NOTHING BECAUSE I PAID MISS IDYLL HOME MY MONEY AND GOT NOTHING BUT IN HER EMAIL SHE SAYS “I take it this is you and you clearly do this regularly so I’m telling you that you’re getting nothing and if you get smart I’ll contact TRUST PILOT AND YOUR BANK AND REPORT YOU AS BEING AND COMMITTING FRAUD YOUR DOING THIS REGULARLY 😂😂well I wasn’t laughing when I read this 😡but what got me was I HAD TOLD HER IN THE PREVIOUS EMAIL I SENT HER TO EITHER SEND THE SLIPPERS ON NEXT DAY DELIVERY OR REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE BY NOW I KNOW SHES SHADY AND IM GOING TO HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND IF SHE DID NOT DO THIS I WOULD PUT A TRUE AND HONEST REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT AND CONTACT MY BANK TO OPEN A DISPUTE AND HERE SHE IS NOW CLEARLY TERRIFIED I PUT A TRUE AND HONEST REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT SHES SHOT OVER TO THERE WEBSITE BECAUSE SHES CLEARLY SCARED BECAUSE SHE MUST GET BAD REVIEWS REGULARLY ON THERE BECAUSE WHO WOULD ACTUALLY THINK TO DO THAT IF THEY HAD NOTHING TO HIDE SHES CHECKING I THOUGHT SHES HAD THIS BEFORE SHES DONE THIS TO OTHERS AND MUST CHECK REGULARLY well she will be caught out imagine THREATENING SOMEONE LIKE THIS ESPECIALLY WHEN I GOT NO SLIPPERS I PAID HER £29.95 AND GOT NOTHING , NOUT , NADA , NIX BUT I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. People DO NOT BE SCARED OR BULLIED BYE THIS M’s SHADE PLEASE .

Claire in Customer Services was able to deal with an issue with the courier delivering later than expected and arrange a return and full refund.

Love the Folklore heart

Lovely string of copper wire lights. They were delivered quickly. Only negative is that they arrived in a plastic bag. I would prefer another material. Internal box all card.

The website offers some lovely items and is very easy to negotiate. The fairy lights I ordered were delivered very quickly, and were lovely as part of Christmas decorations. Very pleased all round.

Beautiful advent candle. Delivered as promised. Would use this company again.
