Usually book direct with the cruise…
Usually book direct with the cruise line, but on this occasion Iglu was showing more cabin availability online than Cunard were. Spoke with Rhys Davies at Iglu who was very friendly and helpful and he confirmed that multiple cabins were available for our particular cruise. He was also able to undercut the price compared to booking online or via Cunard and we were happy to go ahead and make the booking. The information we've received by email has been relevant and helpful and not a constant bombardment of emails. Will definitely consider Iglu for future cruise bookings.

Will look elsewhere I. The future.
Booked a family cruise with 4 rooms thru Iglu and while they start off well, service really tanked once they had our money. I'd like to call out Emma who messed up our request for transfers and now the cruise no longer has seats, so I will have to organise something separate. It's really frustrating, we have 4 elderly and 2 young kids transport is really important.
