+ if you buy out of United Kingdom, they drop taxes automaticly.
+one of my parcel lost by choosing standart delivery, after 30 working days they refund. i suggest everyone express.
- why do they sell only headphones? i want to see them in different catagories. i am really glad to shopping from iheadphone.

Good service, good Product!

Headphones were very well priced (about half rrp), very straight forward ordering and incredibly fast (and I think free?) delivery. I don't often leave feedback, but was very impressed with iheadphones. Will definitely use again.

Had to return a pair of headphones through no fault of iheadphones. Took them over 2 months to sort out a replacement, with me getting told conflicting information. Eventually had to settle for another pair which I didn't want just because I wasn't going to be given a refund and it was getting quite annoying waiting for a replacement pair.
I did receive the new headphones sent, but I am not happy with them at all!!! Have checked the website and seen the pair of headphones I initially requested a replacement for are now available but I'm not ready to face the hassle and difficulty with the customer service department in trying to get somewhere with this so marking this as a loss on my part as I have headphones I cannot use!!!!

Very doubtful I will be using this company again and would advise my friends to be cautious when dealing with them

I placed a near £300 order 3 days ago, whch qualified me for free express next day delivery. The goods still haven't arrived. It took them 24 hours to respond to my query when they didn't turn up following the day of order, thus losing another delivery day. In their response they promised delivery for the next day, and the goods haven't arrived. The online account order status still shows 'processing' [therefore still not despatched] and I'm still awaiting a call back from their customer services who couldn't give me a live update on my order when I called. Very poor performance so far.

The headphones arrived within 48 hours of my placing the order, and they're great value for money. The website said they were as good as headphones at twice the price - and they were right! I'm VERY pleased with their performance - and that of the company. I'd use iHeadphones again and would happily recommend to others..

Headphones I wanted were out of stock, so I took the offer of being emailed when they were available, which I duly was. I placed the order & received within 2 days, & the price was the most competitive I could find.

I bought my Sennheiser RS180 Wireless Headphones from iHeadphones over two weeks ago and I am very happy with the service and with the product. The description of the different products on offer were very good and detailed enough for me. The ordering process was very simple and I received the order next day in perfect condition.

I Purchased 2 headphones my Versus Zync wireless and my Black ifrogz cs40s. They came in a 2-3 days space , well packaged.Neat. I found the prices more than fair. I'm Happy with my choice, and i'll keep buying from iHeadphones as i collect them Headphones. Strongly Recommend.

I ordered the latest model of a brand of headphones I have been using for over 4 years. They came not very well packaged in a thin, cheap looking jiffy bag, not great for an £80 pair of headphones.

Upon opening and testing the headphones it was immediately apparent that they were faulty. I packed them up and promptly posted them back, Royal Mail informed me that they arrived two days later.

I did not receive any communication for the next 13 days from iHeadphones informing me of the status of my return, despite a couple of polite messages from me on their RMA system and a phone call during which I was promised a call back by the end of the day that never materialised.

Upon a further email stating my unhappiness, they suddenly sprang into action, processing my return and sending me out a replacement.

Overall, really not that impressed and probably wouldn't use them again.

I bought a pair of bedphones, which started to go crackly after a couple of months. Iheadphones promptly sent me a replacement and were efficient and courteous in all my dealings with them

Not only did they have my headphones at the most competitive price on the web brand new, the service was flawless.
I ordered the night before and by the following day they were confirmed and dispatched. They used DPD who are very reliable courier and they came the next day- free!
Will use again!

I know iHeadphones from my friend. It was my first purchase and it was and still the best purchase i've had. Customer service is fast and very useful as i wrote to ask one of their team about headphone and accessories. The delivery is also what they promise "ship within next day" as i purchased 1,300 pounds (cheapest price on the market) of can so it came with free delivery!. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will be my first choice if i want something best-in-its-class in the future !!! Very happy : )

Bought a headphone set at a great price through Amazon as a Christmas present so was expecting them to be just OK. When they didn't work on Christmas morning I was expecting major hastle and possibly loads of excuses why they couldn't be exchanged! Wow what a refreshing change to find a really helpful, friendly company who exchanged them with no bother. I like them so much I bought another pair from iHeadphones for my husbands birthday. No hesitation recommending them.

They helped me quickly for any assistance need of mine, the package came fast and in perfect conditions, and quality is really good.

I have been buying headphones from iheadphones for over 2 years now and I have found their service and prices to be excellent. The latest headphone I bought from them was £10 cheaper than anywhere else, even at the duty free in Heathrow. Any returns or faulty merchandise was dealt with fairly hassle free and I have been very pleased with them over the last 2 years. I would highly recommend them.
