What a fantastic company

What a fantastic company! I run a small business and needed help with something at 22.00 on a Saturday night - the team at iHub answered immediately and resolved my problem instantaneously - they even called the following Monday to check all was well as a courtesy! Truly amazing, I have never a good experience with a telecoms company before. Well done iHub!!!!

The iHub support team were phenomenal in the way they helped us reactivate the services of one of our most important customers. Through no fault of iHub's, our customers' call plans were terminated, leaving the customer without a phone system. The iHub team lead by Josh were on-hand 24/7 to assist in restoring our customer's services as quickly as possible, and as a result, we were able to focus on assuring our customer's requirements were met, knowing that iHub were working tirelessly behind the scenes. iHub are a very customer-focused, knowledgeable and professional voice services company, and come highly recommended.

Josh is a star!

I've had issues with my Communicator app on my laptop since it was installed in February 2019 and I have since reported these issues on several occasions without no real resolution until Josh rectified this instantly this week. Now I'm much happier with the application and would recommend Josh to any app user.

A breath of fresh air!

After having several customers with issues with their current VOIP providers, always "passing the buck" and not admiting issues! I have sucsesfuly migrated them all to iHub, also recommending many new customers too. Taher made the process really quick and simple, and their support (for the little i've had to use it) has been amazing. It's like getting through to a third line tech in about 3 rings. I run an IT Support business, and customers are always asking me for recommendations. iHub win it hands down. Keep up the good work guys :)

Teams direct calling implementation

Having recently migrated to Teams from Skype, Ionix were keen to consolidate our communication channels through a single application. We were already a customer of iHub’s and approached them to discuss a project to migrate our current hosted voip solution to Teams. Ryan assisted with the project scope and specification and Josh was on hand to assist with any technical queries. The migration was scheduled and was completed without any loss of service.
Teams direct calling has allowed Ionix staff to work more effectively though a single application for all communication and I can highly recommend iHub to assist with any company looking to implement this technology.

Issue resolved while service was maintaied.

We experienced a tricky fault with our incoming calls. The iHub team worked with us to deliver a temporary workaround to provide service while the fault was investigated so our business was able to continue to function. They then isolated the problem and put in a fix to restore the full service in a timely way. Many thanks for all your help with this.

Support staff who do know SIP!

iHub's support staff assisted with a strange problem that took a lot of work on both sides to resolve. Their skilled staff were able to identify the protocol element that was causing the 0800 call problem so that we could reconfigure the customer's PBX and resolve the routing problem.
