If you're looking for a VoIP provider; they're here!

It's not often I write reviews however I sincerely want to share the experience we have had with iHub, who in our eyes, are not just the most professional and cost-effective VoIP provider we have ever worked with but their absolute and genuine attitude to delivering exactly what we need has been second to none.

Sadly and unbeknown to us, our VoIP agent went into liquidation and we were left with the inability to make any outgoing calls. As you can imagine, this forced our business to almost come to a grinding halt, yet thanks to the empathy and professional expertise, we were back up and running within the hour.

We are hoping to do more business with iHub in the new year, not just because they provide possibly the best product on the market but because of iHub’s employees. A very well know entrepreneur always boasts that “Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients.” Well iHub, you certainly have looked after us and the care is strongly portrayed through your employees' attitudes!

Congratulations iHub on a fabulous company and we wish you all the success you deserve in the future; thank you.

Brilliant Service

I work for another IP Voice platform and iHub is our third party. I received a response to my fault within a few hours. The next day I carried out testing with the iHub engineer who made some routing changes which fixed the issue. The service was really fast, very polite and helpful. Most importantly, they listened to the problem and were willing to co-operate at every stage of the fault. Thank you!

Excellent Support and response times.

From a support standpoint, I can't say enough about their service. One of the fastest response times of any support team I've dealt with and nearly all of the cases I've raised have been resolved the same day; most of them usually within a few hours of being raised.

Great company
