Excellent!

Excellent customer service. I cannot fault the customer service received by the iHub team. For example on each support call I have raised they have been extremely responsive and professional. Furthermore they are a friendly team.

I would recommend iHub to anyone no only for their telephony solutions but for their customer service.

Very flexible company who offer the…

Very flexible company who offer the best value for money on hosted SIP. You have far more control over the product than many other providers.
I've used them since 2010. There have been some hicups, but all these have been ironed out now.
Great product.

Complete U-Turn

Complete U-Turn! Excellent Service and Solved within Minutes.

Everyone deserves a second chance and I am glad I have stuck with iHub. I used to dread it when there were any issues with our phone service but issues are dealt with quickly and professionally and the service has never been more reliable.

Fantastic company and one that is constantly improving as it grows! Yes they have made errors in the past but they have listened to criticism and taken the feed back on board to become better - very few companies can attest to that!

Working with the team from Ihub has always been a pleasure.

Simply the best...

Reselling communication solutions for a number of years, and building bespoke solutions for those clients who need specialist services, I have found that iHub is able to offer any solution for any strange setup our clients need.

The Sales team ( Esp Maura ), help us offer a solution that will work exactly with the needs of our clients.

The Technical Team ( Esp Daniel, Josh, Sam ), assist me when I need additional assistance in resolving issues, and always go above and beyond their job remits, enabling me to access the help when needed, and get any problems resolved normally within 30 mins of me requesting assistance.

iHub have further demonstrated their commitment to the hearing disability laws, ensuring that their service is fully complaint with the Minicom Systems ( NGTS ), enabling Deaf & Hard of Hearing people to use the iHub telecoms solution just like a normal hearing person.

This companies commitment has demonstrated they take the resellers & our end customers seriously and pull out all the stops to ensure that our end users have the best experience possible.

I can't recommend them & their solutions high enough. They are simply the best in the services they offer.
