Ordered 3 mirrored bathroom cabinets from Illuminated Mirrors. All look fantastic!
One of the doors that arrived had a small chip in it though but this was quickly replaced thanks to Joby from customer services.
Very impressed with the products overall and I will shortly be ordering a Hollywood Mirror for my wife. 5 stars!

A fantastic example of a British company trying and suceeding to offer superb quality illuminated mirrors, and staff who go more than the extra mile to ensure any minor issues, in my case a delivery problem are dealt with very promptly, their amazing communication, second to none, so refreshing! Andrew and Alelei were very proactive, resulting in one very happy customer. The mirrors, well, they're superb!

Ordered 3 cabinets in 2019 and still working well and great quality. Only thing was 3 mirrors on the doors became a little tarnished.

For me what makes a company a 5 star is not what goes well but how they treat their customers and resolve issues when something goes wrong and Illuminated Mirrors is definitely worthy of a 5 star rating. I purchased the Amara Edge Cabinet 700hx500w from Illuminated mirrors - my third purchase from them over the years. Before ordering I asked for some dimension details of the internal shelves, to compare the cabinet I'm replacing. Joby was extremely prompt and helpful in getting the information to me, which allowed me to be confident in what I then ordered. I also didn't want the cabinet for a couple of weeks (waiting for the bathroom fitter) and Joby ensured the cabinet dispatch was put on hold until the right time. All-in-all, great customer service and also extremely high quality products - which is why I keep coming back. Thank you!

Have used IM a number of times for our projects. Products have always been great and delivered in good time. Recently we had any issue with some damage caused in in transit. Alelei, at IM took complete control, arranged for new mirrors to be delivered and was in constant contact with updates.

Really great product and very helpful customer service

Andrew and Joby have been excellent in resolving our problem with a bathroom cabinet.I would highly recommend the company and its products.

Ordered a 3 door bathroom cabinet with demister. I had to wait about 10 days for it but this was advised at the point of purchase. The item was dispatched on time, when it arrived via DX courier I only received 3 doors but no cabinet. Contacted the company and after querying with DX they advised that the carcass of the cabinet seemed to be lost in transit. They were very responsive and despatched a new carcass out, which arrive 4 working days after my initial complaint. The customer service I received from Alelei was excellent, very attentive, polite with no quibbles about the issue. All in all not a perfect customer journey, but issues were handled well.

As a returning customer, I find the products are quality as is the customer service team, Joby in particular kept me informed and updated with my query until it was resolved. No hesitation in purchasing in the future.
