Beautiful mirror delivered on good time and easy to install. Looks amazing. Joby from customer services helped move around delivery times to make sure we got the mirror in time for the builders to put it in - white gloves service of the best kind. Took all the stress out of delivery timings (which on a building project are always a pain!)

Joby was very informative though out the delivery period as it was over Easter and there was a delay because of the bank holiday.
The bathroom cabinet arrived well packaged.
I do think the shaver plug inside should be up graded as most electrical items come with a usb or C chargers now .
This would be much more useful.

Great service so far, especially from Joby.
The mirror looks great; however, I reported a missed delivery by the courier (DX), who were originally scheduled to deliver the mirror on Thursday afternoon, but never attempted delivery. I reached out to Illuminated Mirrors on Friday afternoon after DX again missed a second delivery time slot. Joby very promptly intervened by contacting DX directly to resolve the issue. Thanks to her efforts, the mirror was successfully delivered later on Friday.

Brilliant from start to finish. I chose Illuminated Mirrors because they’re a British company, manufacture everything in the UK, get great reviews, have a fantastic range of mirrors, cabinets etc and excellent prices. They tick every box. But what about customer service? I had a query before purchase and contacted customer services. Alelei chatted with me. Absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Alelei took me through the whole process and then checked when my mirror would be delivered and followed up on the day to check I’d received it and it had arrived in good condition . It had and it was. The delivery company (DX) were also excellent. I can highly recommend Illuminated Mirrors in fact I’m purchasing a cabinet for my en-suite this weekend.

The mirror is absolutely beautiful! There was going to be a small delay in building our product versus the displayed delivery time. Joby told us as soon as possible and then fast tracked the build and delivery, keeping us updated at all stages which was much appreciated as we had an electrician booked to fit the mirror. Really impressed with how this was handled and the final product is fantastic.

Our second choice mirror the Eson backlit mirror has been installed today.It arrived promptly and very well packed. We had a few issues getting the lighting to change from "white" to "warm white" on the 3 way rocker switch. I did a live chatch with Jody who was extreamly helpful and guided us through how the switch positions work.Bathroom ,now complete and the mirror adds that classic look.

Adelei was amazing in keeping me updated on my purchase , she was polite and informative , the delivery company didn’t deliver on the arranged day but Alelei was apologetic and kept me updated to date

The communication from this company and in particular Joby was fantastic from the outset. We now have a beautiful illuminated mirrored cabinet installed with speakers and amazing lighting that finishes off our new bathroom beautifully.

Really happy with the mirror. The Bluetooth add on is great it boots up really quickly. We have the mirror powered by the lighting circuit and when the lights switched on a couple of seconds later it beeps ready to connect. The sound is good too from the speakers mounted behind the glass.
Alelei was excellent answering all questions very promptly and made sure the mirror was delivered on the day we needed it. Over all very happy with the mirror and very happy with the spot in customer service by Alelei
