‘I Love Fancy Dress’ supplied a superb Santa Outfit which delighted me and got many compliments from my friends.
Unfortunately I lost a fur topped boot gaiter which without hesitation they replaced for me so that I am ready for next Decembers travels.
As thanks I penned this poem for them:-

SILLY OLD SANTA
Silly old Santa during his Xmas banter
Lost his fur gaiter, discovered much later
But ‘I Love Fancy Dress’ resolved his mess
Replaced his boot top from their boot top shop
He says ‘Thankyou’ through and through
The kids next year will be content
From your action he sees so heaven sent
Now his suit is no more deplete
To return happy smiles to Watford’s High Street.

Ordered a fancy dress outfit and the address was entered in incorrectly (my fault) and these guys storted it very promptly gave me a courtesy call

I spoke with Melanie in customer service to order a costume for a stag doo, she was very polite friendly and couldn't do enough for me. I was very very happy with the customer service i received. Can't recommend this company enough.

Wow wow and wow!! Sooo helpful and friendly over the phone when choosing my order. Better prices than anywhere else I could find and as a cherry on the cake the delivery arrived before midday the following day.
Costume parts that arrived were well packed and of a good quality. Big thank you and thumbs up on this company. They don't cut corners or sell cheapo made items. Great service, great products, great prices and great delivery 👍👍👍😁

Ordered a costume and paid for next day delivery.
By 10am next morning, still no dispatch email. I call ILFD to be told it hasn't been dispatched so obviously won't arrive today. Meaning my disabled son has no costume. Not really good enough and I see from previous reviews, this is not an isolated incident. 😑

terrible service and lied too.
Purchased on the 25th as it said on the website order in the next three hours for next day delivery, received email conformation. nothing turned up the next day so called them on the 27th to find out where it was and told my bank didn't release the funds/payment but it has gone through now so will be with me the day after (28th) its now the 29th and i called this morning to be told that it hasn't even been picked out for dispatch. Unbelievable so I cancelled the order but now I'm stuck with no costume for the two parties I'm going too. If you cant deliver then don't promise or advertise the fact you can, and as for the bank scenario and it being dispatched that day (the 27th) why lie? You have let me down and i will never use you again and advise others not too. Sorry but a terrible service topped of with lies.

Cancelled my order without telling me as the item is out of stock (although in stock on their website), and have also kept my money. Thankfully I paid using PayPal so have opened a dispute to get my money back.
Particularly disappointed that they didn't tell me so I've waited over 1 week and now struggling to find a costume as everywhere is either sold out or can't deliver on time.

Wow! What excellent service! I called ILFD as I wouldn't be able to place my order of 7 multicoloured sombreros before the 4pm cut off for next day delivery (how refreshing to actually be able to speak to someone). The fab lady I spoke with said not to worry, they'd process the order as soon as they received it. By 9.30am the following day, my order had been delivered. Exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend ILFD. Oh, and the hats are absolutely beautiful!

Excellent quality items and a speedy service!

Had an issue with an item not turning up in the first instance - but it was rectified efficiently with great understanding from the staff at ILFD.

Besides that hiccup, the items received were first class in their presentation, made to last and definitely served its purpose.

I would definitely buy from them again - and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any fancy dress in the future!

I always get my fancy dress from here, they offer great quality fancy dress and it’s always affordable. There have a fast delivery service and excellent customer service.

Very cooperative and professional and good quality.

Brought an item for £8.99. Have not opened it but I can already see its the wrong colour. I contacted them and they said I can return it but they don't cover return fees. Its more than £6 to return it making it useless to return

Totally let down. Ordered yesterday morning for delivery today for tonight. I paid full surcharge (£6.99) for 24 hour deliver, rang the company and said was that reliable and they co formed yes - promised it would be there y next day delivery even if I have ordered up u til 4pm not just in the morning. I hadn’t arrived this afternoon so I rang the company who said they would track it. They told me there was a glitch at Royal Mail and it should still be with me by 7.30pm. I looked up Royal Mail tracking, and found that contrary to what I was told, the goods weren’t even dispatched to Royal Mail until midday today - more than 24 hours after order. I feel totally let down and no themed party.
