i Found the customer service advisor at i love fancy dress very polite , professional & above all very helpful, a shame all companies are not like this

Put the wrong shipping address down and it was sorted promptly by Melanie. Great service.

Very quick process and customer service great, sent an email and got a very quick response. Prices are great too, beat Amazon by a lot and I got my items a lot quicker.

My son had a challenge to do for his A level and he chose to purchase multiple times from I love fancy dress . From the first order to the last that we needed to place Melanie who dealt with them was so kind and the amazing service that we received was outstanding. A friendly company , wonderful customer services and super fast postage . What was I imagined was going to be a hard college project and task was made all the more easier for the fact we picked a great company to buy from . A huge big thank you , and we would definitely buy from again and 100% would recommend to anyone . This is how all companies should operate, brilliant thanks again

Excellent customer service. We had a query on an order and they responded very promptly. It was our error and we had not realised an item we thought was included in a set needed to be ordered separately. The lady who called to explain kindly offered to send the missing item free of charge.

They were so good dispatched on time and good communication.
Royal mail messed up so didn't get item in time (totally royal mail fault) but ilovefancydress helped me right away and was so apologetic even though wasn't their fault

Dealt with a lady called Donna, the customer service I received was totally professional only wish more people dealt with customers in such a super way.

After an extended shipping delay and already costuming half a dance class I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to get the remaining sizes in time for our up coming dance show. Chloe went out of her way to track down the items i needed and got them to me the next day.

I ordered an outfit never got an email, i emailed to say as the order gone through as it is not showing on my ebay, i called and spoke to a lady who told me it was ordered and the green wig was with it, guess what no green wig no face paint, i have never used this company, and i will never use them again, it was so miss leading as i read what it came with only half arrived i will go back to the people i have always used what a joke not happy, and the lady said well send it back then rude women ?

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I received a faulty item a spoke to a very nice and helpful lady who gave me a choice of replacement or refund. I went for the replacement and with was with me within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend

Ordered an item via amazon came very very quickly (next day) but sadly was the wrong item. I contacted via email and called the company. The problem got solved there and then no issues at all. First time I have used the company and yes it's bad that they sent the wrong item but everyone can make mistakes. The problem got dealt with very quickly and I am now very impressed. Will most certainly be using the company again !! Thank you !

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order as I wasn’t sure the parcel would arrive in time. I sent an email, early this morning and within minutes I had a reply saying my money had been refunded. Brilliant service. I would have no problem recommending this company, can’t praise them high enough.

I have used this company twice in two weeks for costumes and I have to say the service has been fantastic. Even when it was showing out of stock online today Melanie and Marcin were so helpful and managed to locate some for me. Thank you! I will defiantly be using them again. Costumes also very good value.
