Fantastic service and really helpful staff at the St Albans branch Karen was great is sorting everything initially. Then when she was on leave the other staff Beth and Emily were fantastic helping us through the process and sorting any query we had, and so quickly too. This is the third time we have used the Stevenage branch of iMAB over the years. Adrian and Jane work very hard to look through all the options for you and answer any queries you may have. They will always get back to you promptly and are happy to talk things through. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Chris offered helpful advice with our query on whether we could convert our existing mortgage to allow us to let or if we needed a BTL mortgage. In the end we can work with our existing mortgage provider but the company was professional and Chris’s advice clear, practical and to the point.

Attention to detail:one thing that stood out was attention to detail which is very important for a mortgage application he went down to minor details in my application to make sure every thing correct and checked two times with me.
