The delivery guys were really great and an asset to the company. They installed and took down very quickly and were polite.
The quality however was not what I had expected and was disappointed, dance floor poor quality and I had to clean, heater tripped my electrics and the ceiling light stopped half way through the party. Agree with the comment below, Mark should not be talking to customers as he was very rude and left me in tears. Could not get off the phone to him quick enough!!
Have to say when I called the head office number the gentleman I spoke with was a lot better.
Not sure the whole package is worth the money.

It was perfect The guys were fast and extremely polite on delivery and pick up.
And explained everything clearly i.e. the dues and don’ts. It was exactly what I ordered and made my daughter extremely happy on her 16th birthday, and it will be a party to remember. And we will be rebooking it for her 18th. Myself and my daughter would like to thank you all and I will be recommending you services to my family and friends

Easy to deal with, accommodated some amendments, and the installation team were superb. They made everything stress free.

Helpful from start to finish, clean and tidy marquee and was supper warm with the big heater we hired, already booked our Christmas marquee from them. Thanks everyone at imaginations.

Booked a night club package for my daughter's 18th Birthday. From booking the marquee to the installation and collection was easy.

Marquee was lovely and the team setting it up could not be anymore helpful, booking was easy and had lots of advice from the lady I spoke to, all in all a very good experience from this company and would highly recommend them.

Hired a nightclub marquee for my 18th birthday party very friendly staff, it fit perfectly in my garden and arrived on time, they put the marquee up and down for us as well. It was a brilliant night and I would definitely recommend!

Wish I’d read these reviews first. Terrible customer service. The guys who put it up and down were helpful. However, the marquee was in bad condition with a rip and mould on the marquee. When I complained with images to the company, I received the rudest phone call I’ve ever received. She insisted on the tacky chairs being made up, despite this not being our requirement and ignored the actual photographic evidence. She became aggressive on the phone. The chandelier in a mould covered marquee looked ridiculous. There are better services at the same price. Avoid at all cost!

Well, I cannot believe the reviews. The whole experience was smooth. The guys were incredibly lovely and went above and beyond the service I expected. I’m not sure why it went wrong for you all but my wedding event went without any hiccups. I 100% recommend this company. ‘Rude’? They were so polite! Wish I had read these reviews before booking. Also cancelled on us the day before my daughters 21st due to predicted bad weather. This is the reason why people book marquees !!!!
