AVOID AVOID AVOID. Absolute scammers let me down the DAY BEFORE my wedding. Kept saying someone was coming and never showed. Using the company to launder money.

Agree wholeheartedly with the review below, Mark is a jumped up bully who shouldn’t ever be allowed to speak to customers, or humans in general for that matter.
Steer clear of this company if you don’t want your event ruined by their horrendous attitudes and non existent customer service - they seem to think that because they are cheap they can call you up at 10pm to threaten you and speak to you like a piece of dirt. Really, really horrible people that filled us with dread and cast a big black thunder cloud over the days leading up to our wedding.

Total rubbish, the owner is a jumped up rude, abusive and extremely belligerent individual who thinks it's OK to shout and threaten customers who have paid in advance yet received the wrong items. The man is a cretin and doesn't deserve any business.

Ofcourse you'd say that, you're being outed on trust pilot for what a terrible service and attitude you have. We placed an order and you know it. I bet you've not conveniently lost all records of us paying you too I'm guessing.

At first my impression of imagination was good they arrived just after 9am. The gazeebo looked nice and big as they where setting up but I had a busy day I had to leave at 11:30 which I told one of the guys if I'm not back by 12pm my mum was there let her know what I need to know when their done all they said was they had no table cloths  but no other info was passed on.
Later that day I called and spoke to the manager regarding that there was no table cloth and 50 of the seats had mould on them he explained that they use a type of cleaning spray that make them look like that at first but it will go. (40) of the seats still had mould on them so we couldn't use them.
I also called two more time as the heater that they gave us was not working as it kept cutting the power out. The manager said someone will be there in the morning to fix them or change them over NO ONE CAME AND NO ONE ANSWERD THE PHONE IT KEEP GOING TO VOICEMAIL. (WE HAD NO TABLE CLOTHS OR HEATHER FOR THE NIGHT. I had to clean the tables and they was really dirty and we had to set up the tables, decorations that morning of our wedding which ran us behind time !! (I gave everything back the way I got them with no mess or damages.
I WAS REFUNDED FOR THE TABLE CLOTHS £40 BUT NOT FOR THE HEATING THAT WE DIDN'T EVEN USE AS IT KEPT CUTTING THE POWER Out JUST PLUGING ONE IN IT WOULD CUT OUT AS I TOLD THE MANAGER!!??
I would not use or recommend them.

I placed an order, with deposit, for a marquee for the Christmas weekend. Paid in full the week prior to delivery as requested in our contract. On the day of delivery having heard nothing I phoned the company at 2.15pm and was told they would be with me within the hour. Sadly no one arrived and at 3.30 all phone lines were going straight to answerphone. At lunchtime on Christmas Eve the deposit was returned to my bank account, but still no contact from the company. In fact there was no contact until I filed an official complaint. Money was eventually returned but no compensation for a ruined Christmas. Alleged to have informed me by email but nothing ever arrived. Would NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone else.
