This service couldn’t be more convenient. I’ve now been able to digitize every 8 mm movie film from my childhood, every video tape from my daughter’s childhood, family vacations we took and our daughter’s wedding. I just couldn’t be happier with the results!

Way more expensive than I expected
Way more expensive than I expected, I misunderstood what I was buying …. For t this amount of money what I received was minimal. I paid the $ received the package that they RAVE about when it’s easier (& less expensive ) to just ship your stuff yourself…. Then understand that iMemories uploads your stuff to their webpage then charges you a monthly fee to continue to watch…you can download your stuff to your phone/computer which I did but the playback is a mess…. Bottom line READ, ASK QUESTIONS AND KEEP YOUR EXPECTATIONS TO A MINIMUM….. you’ll have to pay extra for them to send you a cd or file…
I learned my lesson and spent more for limited return….

I was scared to send off my videos due…
I was scared to send off my videos due to my dad recently passing away and my mom is currently on hospice. Im so glad I did. The service was great !! The quality was amazing from the early 1990s videos. It took us back in time. My son's dad passed away when our son was 16 and we even got to see lots of videos with him in them. Just to hear his voice almost 20 years later was bitter sweet. Highly recommend this company.

Did a nice job digitizing my tapes. Was highly organized, easy to manage and distribute to my entire family and was not expensive. Recommend highly‼️

The quality of the scans was not as expected.
I first sent in negatives to be scanned and paid extra for the service of removing dust and scratches and generally making the photos better. Instead, I’ve had to spend hours cleaning up the pictures with an application to remove dusted scratches and fix the lighting. I then tried sending in photographs rather than the negatives. All of those came back slightly out of focus. Luckily, I can fix them. Using your service still saved me a lot of time from scanning everything myself

I was very satisfied with the final product and the cloud service and app. They have real people you can talk to and are all knowledgible and courteous, The problem: All three times I placed an order on line the system did not accept my payment. I had to call and get the problem resolved. Never told why this happened. Once the payment system charged my cc twice and had to again call to get one charge reverse. I kept getting told this very rarely happens! IMemories has a problem with their payment system and does not seem to care to fix it.
