Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff - I brought my wife's car to the wash - it has complicated parking brakes I do not properly understand. It was difficult to put everything in neutral so the car could be drawn through the cash wash system properly. The staff helped me get it right in the end with out making me feel I was a complete idiot. Thanks.

It was very easy to use the car wash. As it was my first time, I needed some help to understand what all I was required to do. There was a very kind operative, who kept me right. He was patient with me.

Very friendly and professional approach from staff.
Actual car washing service was very good value for money and I would definitely use the Coatbridge facility again. When my wife seen my car after the wash she took hers for a wash there as well.

Excellent prewash and interaction with staff member. The drying towelling at the end of the wash has been removed which now leaves the car quite wet in places, hence the loss of one star.
