The extra cleaning was done but a bit effort time would have cleaned just a bit better. Perhaps I will go back to all automatic car wash and do the extra cleaning myself.

The car wash itself has always been easy and effective... but on the latest visit the prebooking option on the app seemed to take much longer than normal to process.

Sadly I won’t be returning
Sadly I won’t be returning. The last process whatever was spraying my car stunk of rotten pond water and left my windows streaked and smudged, the dryer at the end barely dried my car - literally all my windows had smudges and stains of dirty water. I had to wash it all off when I got home. I paid £13… absolute rip off.

Normally a very good service
Normally a very good service. However this time I was left disappointed. I was rushed through without the tyres getting a spray and only the rear getting a pre wash with the soapy brush. By the time I got home there was still soap suds still on the car. So I had to rinse these off.
My car came out very wet which was unusual, this never happens. It was as if the car wash settings weren’t right or something.
I suspected all these problems were because it was the £5 offer. However I’m a regular customer 🤷🏽♀️
