This was my first visit
This was my first visit. The staff were rude and unhelpful and shouted at me because I didn't know they were going to give the car a prewash first. I didn't know because they didn't tell me. Prewash was a half hearted affair. The finished wash (£19) was not impressive, bits were missed and there are water spots everywhere. Also, the site smelt of sewage. Not going back there.

Paid £13.30 for ultra HD
Paid £13.30 for ultra HD, the car still had insect marks on the car and windscreen. Also the description for ultra HD said hand wash first followed by spray jet, but no attempt to hadwash at all. So for £13.30 very disappointed.

Not worth the money
£18 for an apparently top of the range wash, yet my car was still dirty at the end of it.
Grubby marks left on my windscreen, bird dropping marks left on my window and windscreen, and my wheel hubs were still filthy despite the wash advertising a wheel spa.
Honestly feels like a total waste of my time at this point.

Absolutely rubbish I drive a toyota hilux and I paid for wash only to pull up to the machine for a young lad to tell me that I can't take my vehicle through no sign stating that pick ups are not allowed i paid online and the lad gave me an email to send i will never recommend or use this company ever again
