I purchased the Graphene G60 wash and…
I purchased the Graphene G60 wash and was less than impressed with the how the car was cleaned. Half the rear window was missed when they had washed it, half the nozzles in the machine weren’t working and when I was going through, the lights throughout the journey flashed Ultra HD not Graphene G60.
Did not get what I paid for.

Car wash is generally average. Paid for Ultra HD on this occasion and half way through the wash only the left hand side was actually working. The right hand side pumps were clearly blocked or inoperable. The wash itself was 2stars.
The 1 star is for the lack of customer support. In order to contact IMO you need to waive away certain privacy rights, which is just ludicrous. Unlikely I’ll be using that site ever again even if I do eventually decide to use an IMO car wash.

I use this car wash regularly and generally find it provides a satisfactory wash for the price. The staff are friendly and the service quick and convenient. 16th May 2026 wash - My car wasn’t that dirty this time, just a weekly maintenance wash and to be honest it came out the other side marginally cleaner. I needed up cleaning it by hand when I got home. Don’t know what the problem was today, as usually it’s a reasonable clean - sometimes there are off days.

Not very busy, only one car in front of me. Had the ceramic car wash but didn’t clean the alloy wheels very well. Otherwise quick and simple experience. Prepaid before arrival.

A pretty good job
I really like using IMO - even with a queue it's always fairly quick and does a decent enough job. I tend to opt for the top programme and it's normally fairly good. This last time wasn't amazing though and there were patches it didn't get to and it left the car a little streaky...hence the score.

Second car into car wash Saturday…
Second car into car wash Saturday morning 8am...appeared to be minimal foam and the vehicle poorly dried and as a reult smears all over...I use this car wash on a regular basis, always been pleased with wash in the past but this one wasn't up to scratch I'm afraid.
