Cleaning itself was not good. Alot of Dirty Spots left and I was especially disappointed with the rim cleaning. Also they didn’t had any jettons left for their free vacuum which is quite a bummer too for 15 bucks.

poor customer service
I've payed in advance via PayPal by scanning the QR code while waiting in the queue but when arriving at the car wash, I've been sent home because "the system cant process preorders /-payments only cash today"

"Disappointing. I specifically chose the expensive €22 program, but the manual pre-wash was very lazy. They barely touched the wheels and rims—all the foam in the tunnel doesn't help if the prep work is missing. For this price, I expect much more effort!"
„Enttäuschend. Habe extra das teure 22 € Programm gewählt, aber die Vorwäsche war viel zu nachlässig. Gerade bei den Felgen wurde kaum etwas gemacht – da bringt dann auch der ganze Schaum in der Anlage nichts. Bei dem Preis erwarte ich deutlich mehr Einsatz!“
