Customer Complaint Regarding Faulty Vacuum Cleaner and Poor Service
I paid for the vacuum cleaner in the Inverness centre, but it is not working. I reported this issue to the employee at the centre, but I did not receive a proper response. Instead, the employee was arrogant towards me as a customer. If the vacuum is not functioning, this should have been communicated to the customer before making the payment.

Because I have been charged twice once by you and a second time by the supplier / manager / member of staff .
That I am trying to sort out with them and my bank.
I scanned for payment then told I had to pay even after showing the mail.

Put through on the wrong wash
I was put through on the wrong wash so I had to go around twice, they did give me the correct wash the second time for free, but the quality of the wash and drying was poor. I had water spots all over the car.

Not the best today
Not the best today, wash stopped halfway through and the dryer wasn’t great. So I had to wipe the water off the windows and doors. Also I wasn’t able to use the prepaid washing tokens because the system didn’t accept my password. (Probably user error)

Scam artists,subscribed to offer on facebook for free car wash at Newport Road Cardiff when he checked code he said it wasn’t for that address although it said it in email,he said I could pay so I told him to back out the 6 cars behind me and drove off ,it’s the principal not the money

I love the attention to detail at this car wash, great work guys! The pre treatment of the wheels and the power washing were dilligent and very professional.
Other IMO sites, especially Oxford, could learn a great deal from these men. Please keep it up, great teamwork.

Very good car wash
Very good car wash! My car came out clean and shiny, and I’m satisfied with the quality of the wash. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish the wash lasted a little longer. Overall, a good experience and I would come back again.
