Wash was good, quick and efficient, but could of spent more time prewashing the wheels and around the rear boot lid.

I was excited to select the top wash, however...
I was excited to select the top wash product at the ASDA location (Cribbs Causeway, Bristol). The operative at the start of the process was grumpy and clearly not happy to see me spend my money.
The car came out clean, but no better than other automatic car washes I've visited. At a Gloucester wash for less money, the operatives at the end of the wash open the doors and wipe the sills and door shuts. They would polish the glass and shine the mirrors. There was none of that at your car wash.

Scam! Prices displayed don’t match app, then tried to charge me for a wheel wash.
Bought the triple foam wash via the app, cost me over £7 despite the price board saying £6.50? Then they tried to charge me an extra £2 to have my wheels washed. You pay over £7 for a car wash but have to pay extra to have your wheels cleaned, what?!

The car wash ripped off the wing mirror casing and damaged the wing mirror. I asked staff to retrieve it and they barely acknowledged me, no apologies, no words, nothing.

Efficient system - my 'go to' car wash
I like how the car is given a mini wash-over first by someone as this gets rid of bits of grit and other debris, before entering the automated carwash, which avoids the risk of bits scratching the paintwork.
The only minor (very minor!) drawback is if you go later on, the hanging/drying/rotating pads are not so dry, so sometimes leave the car (especially at the back) a little smeary.
This is my 'go to' car wash.

Not great...
Paid for the top package only to be told I had to use add ons to cover wheel washing and rain guard. Add to that the top roller at the end of the wash was broken so didn't clean the bonnet of the car and the wheels still had grime on them...
