Just not really clean

Speed of service and useful QR codes are a great idea but my wheels are still dirty makes a big difference to the overall look of a not so clean car. The roof still has bird poo on. Close but just not amazing

purchased a car wash coupon for IMO and, before travelling, checked their website, app, and Facebook page, all showed the nearby branch as open. I then drove to the branch only to find it completely closed. No signage, no notice, no explanation.
I went back a second time on another day, and it was still closed with no information provided. I tried calling multiple times, initially there was no answer, and a few days later the line was constantly busy, as if disconnected. I also emailed them and received absolutely no response.
It has now been days, and I am left with a paid coupon and no way to use it, no customer support, and no accountability. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend IMO to anyone unless they significantly improve their communication and customer service.

The car wash does a perfect job and it t is fast. The staff is friendly and really helpful. What is not to like. Besides there is a wash for every budget. Absolutely love this place.

The queue was rather long but it was around Christmas time

Paid for top package and wheels are still dirty and the pre wash wasn’t what I expected, the guy clearly didnt want to be there

It was a terrible experience. I needed a mini valet together with an external wash I paid £15/18. I use my car just myself so the inside was not even dirty. Despite the charge being from £20 they attempted to charge me £45 which would have brought the total to £70. How ridiculously priced. Their discretion is clearly not right. I then asked for a vacuum only and they said £25!!!! Clearly disappointed and abandoned it. Will be taking mine to locals next time.

The experience was great, the staff were super helpful and my daughter enjoyed being in the car! I’ve only marked it down as after 30 mins of driving home the windscreen was a little dirty again and after 3 days it had picked up a lot of mud and dirt from the road! I had purchased the Titanium option and so had hoped there would be a bit of protection on the paintwork etc for at least a few days to a week minimum!?

My car isn't clean. The staff member sold me extra to get the wheels clean... they aren't anywhere near clean. Not the first time I've had issues with this car wash. The staff are friendly and took time to explain what extra would help... it just didn't help!

Attended the car wash. I paid £22 for the best wash. The body work was fine however the wheels did not match up with the body work still filthy. The guy operating the system seemed to have little interest other than taking your money. I shall not use again

Went to use this car wash this morning and missed that there was a closed for maintenance sign, as there was other cars driving in I followed. One of the workers came out aggressively shouting at me calling me stupid, I had my young child in the car and this upset him. I rolled down my window and called out to please not speak to me like that but was then ignored. Iv used this car wash regularly but will no longer come here. I found another cheaper car wash near by that I will frequent instead. This is not the way to speak to customers for making a simple mistake.

I had a lovely experience at the IMO car was at Cribbs Bristol.
A lovely man by the name of Chris was so helpful and very polite.

I had my car washed today at Cribbs Causeway/ASDA IMO. I chose the £13 programme which includes the extra rain protection. One of the operatives comes down the line to take payment before you have seen the full menu of charges (which is just before the car goes on the track).
He asked me if I wanted my wheels washed - I said of course. He said it would be an extra £2!! It was busy and I was in a moving queue so I said 'yes'. I was charged £15. When I got to the charges display board there was no such extra option, or any exclusion for not cleaning the wheels. I asked for £2 back - refused at first but changed his mind as I wasn't moving and was blocking the queue.
This is a scam to make people pay £2 more for something that's already included. I don't trust the people there and also the company if this is their policy or they know about it.
At the end of the process the car was not very clean and no evidence of extra rain resistant treatment either. I won't use IMO again.

(Cribbs caurseway Bristol) What a joke! Payed for Wax at £11 was asked if I wanted Wheels washed Confused! Went thru only Passenger Side Triple foam Working and No wax Sprayed. Not an issue but polish guy said it was Waxed! he brought out video Evidence, but it wasn’t Even my Car going thru. I used this Garage over 2 yrs Every fortnight. He never even offered me another Clean!! Nothing just joked it off and said have a great day. We will Not be using this car Wash in the future Very Poor Customer Service.

On 20/11/2024, I used the automated car wash at the aforementioned location. I followed the correct procedure as outlined and ensured that my vehicle was positioned correctly for the washing process. However, upon completion of the cycle, I stepped out to inspect my vehicle and was extremely disappointed to find that my car had been scratched all over.

Just paid £13 and still have to go home and clean the wheels not impressed at all !!

Payed for a Ultra HD wash.
And they put me through on Triple foam.
When I complained first of all I stated nicely that it was an issue and the guy told me to calm down and stop shouting which I wasnt. Then the guy was adamant I payed for triple. Didnt believe me intill I showed him my bank charge.
He then allowed me to go through again. Which this time it was on Ultra HD. But my car was still dirty and didnt have any sort of hydrophobic coating on.
Couldn't be bothered to complain again so just left. Wont be going back.

Last 3 times I visited, I requested triple foam @ £7:00. When I checked my bank statements recently I noticed I have been charged £9:00. I will not ever use again and will ensure I get the message to all I can that you will be robbed. Make sure you check the card machine.
