Payed £20 for the ceramic xtr wash and it didn’t even clean my back windscreen, disappointed ☹️

Generally a good carwash. Majority of the car ends up sparkling. Just a few spots on the back and the roof rails that are still dirty afterwards.

Helpful staff and cleaned the car before hand and then gave me instructions to go into the car wash so very helpful and informative helped me to download the app and then showed me how to use it

Straight forward easy simple clean

Left dirt all around the bottom of my car wasn't a good clean at all especially for the price

Staff were polite and helpful, card payments weren’t working on the day, but they had plenty of QR codes for a cash-free alternative. They were patient and very thorough with their clean.

Paid for the Ceramic Xtr on my brand new car, came away with a mostly dirty car still and four scratches in the paintwork. It had literally never been cleaned before so the paintwork was immaculate.

Never using this company again or their car washes. As I’ll now have to have the car detailed and have the paintwork cut and mopped to undo this “clean”

One side of the car was still dirty as the brushes didn't meet the side of the car. The side that was clean looked lovely!

Very easy to book via the app and the same when I went to get my car washed. I’ll use this again and recommend to this to friends and family.

I've used this imo for years the lad who looks after me there is a very polite & his a credit to your company !!

Great staff and excellent wash outcome on my car.

After my car went through the machine.
The car was still we and had soap on it.
I took it back round to show the guy running the place.
He said sometimes the blower doesn't dry properly because it's cold. If u pay 1 pound extra they will dry hand dry it.
Told him to do it and he said I had to make that decision before it went through the wash and he refused.
How am I ment to knw if his machine is drying before I go through it plus I paid for wash and dry so why was he asking for extra pound.
Very rude staff avoid.

I paid for ultra HD , but on going through the car wash it was lit up as triple foam wash.

Nothing special car still didnt look like it had an ultra HD wash, plus the exit from the station I visited has a uneven kerb and my prius got a big bang underneath touching the sticking out part

Took my car there for a ceramic wash and didnt come out clean. Had to redo it plus false advertising £20 just to go through a drive through wash.

I always have a problem getting my car into neutral so the staff are very patient with me. Once that’s done everything goes swimmingly

AVOID THESE CAR WASHES!!! CAR CAME OUT DIRTY AFTER PAYING EXTRA FOR A BETTER CLEAN. ATTENDANT HAD AN AWFUL ATTITUDE, QUITE THREATENING REALLY. REFUSED TO SEND ME THRU WASH AGAIN UNLESS I PAID AGAIN. MADE ME REVERSE OUT TO EXIT IN A DANGEROUS SITUATION. STAY CLEAR FROM THESE ROGUES.
