Bought a MX-5 for my wife from Imola, the whole experience was excellent, nothing like the usual pain of buying a car. The car was exactly as described and was at a seriously good price.

All the staff were helpful and efficient. If you are looking for a good deal on a good car, then you can't go wrong, I thoroughly recommend them to potential clients.

having just collected my new car from Charlie at Imola I am extremely pleased with service I was shown.
From start to finish the whole process was simple, sensible and hastle-free. The vehicle I bought in for a part exchange was evaluated and inspected smartly, effectively and with a good humour meaning that I never once felt the vehicle wasn't good enough. The part exchange value offered within 15 minutes of the inspection was extremely competitive and well within my expected valuation. From my initial enquiry phone call to driving away the proud owner of a beautiful car took less than 3 working days.
I would not hesitate to check back with Imola when I swap my vehicle again and will certainly recommend Imola of Bristol for friends and Family.

Wow, what a company, I really can’t rave about this place enough. So rare to get such an amazing customer service as these guys give you. A price for my vehicle was agreed on the phone, when I turned up with my car, it wasn’t even mentioned, paperwork was drawn up and amount agreed on the phone was the amount paid.
Went I collected the car, it was immaculate from top to bottom.
One thing I must say is I had trouble getting the finance together and Imola held the car for weeks, no issues, no chasing....
I could go on and on about this company, please if you’re looking for a nice car, look here first.... just wonderful.... Thank you so much

I have just bought an a3 s-line from imola and have to say how pleased i am with the car and level of service i recieved. Although i was surrounded by cars in the region of £60000-100000 i thought they would nt have time for me looking at a car for less than £12000..how wrong was i.Joe and Viv have to be two of the nicest guys in the trade,they made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. These guys sell cars to millionaires but i am pleased to say they treat the little people like millionaires too..Would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody and would definitely buy from them again.Thanks guys it was a pleasure.

I have just purchased a Ford Fiesta ST3 -ecodrive from Imola ,as I live in Scotland this was all done via the telephone and bank transfer.
I was trusting on the company , Viv could not be nicer nor more helpful , replied to all my calls even arranged a professional driver to drive it to my home as personal problems stopped me from traveling.

Delivered today by a nice friendly driver , checked out the car and found no problems with it.
This company lived up to my expectations , all relevant documents supplied including two "keyless " keys and Viv arranged for the DVLA to send me the V5c updated form .
Now taxed and I will insure it tomorrow ,
best service I have had in many a year.

I had a great experience purchasing from Imola. The car was a great example of a well maintained car. Viv was very helpful, applied no pressure and had extensive knowledge of the car and its history. I had a problem with the air con which i didn't notice when i purchased the car. Viv sorted immediately - allowed me to take to a local garage at my convenience and he covered all costs for the work required. The servicing garage even commented that they were the best dealer that they have had ever to do warranty work for - easy for them to contact and collect payment from. Well done Viv. Recently purchased an Audi and I was really impressed with the level of service and professionalism.

Brought a Audi A3 tdi sline. Viv was very patient as I'm always unsure what right car for me as I keep changing my mind . Excellent customer service, from picking me up from train stations putting on my private plate & taxing the car made the whole experience hassle free & enjoyable.

I went to view a used BMW Touring at this dealer and have to say what a total waste of time.

I travelled over 2 hours and over 100 miles to view the car.

The salesman ability of selling is useless and insulting.

What he offered me on a part exchange was a complete insult, the offer was also made with out viewing my car. Totally uninterested in selling a car, this dealer is not worth waisting time to visit.

Absolutely rubbish experience.
