Easy to order

Easy to order, easy to navigate site, not great with technology but found it easy to use.
Kept well informed about delivery, very happy with postage cost and time of delivery.

Confusing advertising .

First time trying impact particles , product looks good but not used it yet . I was a bit confused by the offer I applied for as it said 20kg post free . There was a drop down menu offering different mixes , I chose tigers, maize and hemp but only received 10kg , looking back 20kg was just for maize. I found the site ambiguous.
