We used Imperial Properties to sell our rental property, having unsuccessfully tried other estate agents in the Telford area. The quality of service you receive from Imperial is on a different level. They are very proactive seeking out potential purchasers as opposed to putting your property on the internet and sitting back. We were advised and updated at all stages in a flawless service. We also used them to find a tenant for our house and I can only say they addressed this with the same efficiency, finding a really good tenant after a thorough assessment process. Superb estate agent with excellent service both pre and post sale.

Pre sale - two viewing resulting in two genuine offers.

Post sale - extremely pro-active through a challenging sale, chasing solicitors, keeping buyer and seller fully up to speed and offering good advise when needed. I can't praise Amanda highly enough.

Worth noting I tried 2 other local agents before Imperial, neither we're able to secure any offers. Shows the difference a proactive approach makes.

From start to the finish we have received an amazing service from Imperial. Everything has been managed for us to help aid the sale & progress of our home. All viewings were managed by sales team, which was very helpful. The after-sales team have been out of this world and managed to keep us sane during the difficult & stressful times, this was down to managing solicitors & buyers and going above & beyond at times to help us. Communications were excellent and regular.

Seemingly praised in reviews, the salesman Stuart is without doubt the rudest and most arrogant person we have met in this business.

We wanted to view properties we requested, yet were treated as idiots and told the properties were not what we wanted.

Why does a company building client relations have inexperienced fools dealing with clients.

We cannot comment on others at the office but this person has driven us to another agent where we have purchased, after being treated as clients should.

There are plenty of estate agents in Telford, much better than this one.
