Excellent service from all staff, always polite, helpful and informative. Unlike other Estate Agents, they were always in contact and searching for properties that met you requirements.

I would like to say that imperial properties have done a fantastic job on selling my property in Telford.
Was approached by Stuart Howell, very easy to talk to and never gave me any false information alway kept it professional and to the point! He generated loads of viewing and got me a great deal for my property! Which I thank him for his hard work.
Also another staff member Amanda Green who alway kept me in the loop on the sale progression and was very reassuring that everything was moving in the right direction! This has to be the best estate agent in Telford if not Shropshire. Well done guys and thank you so much for your assistance!

From initial viewings with Amir to then have Amanda on board to support purchase was absolutely wonderful. Also spoke with Chris and Richard who again were helpful (apologies if missed anyone) all were very professional.

All conversations were meaningful and all questions were answered and queries followed through very quickly. Calls always returned. Throughout the whole process of buying we were constantly kept in the loop.

Amanda was on speed dial due to complexity of process for which I am extremely grateful. She went above all expectations which emphasised the poor support I received from estate agents selling our property, and also our Solicitors.

Whilst waiting for monies to be received, keys to be obtained, welcomed me to wait in their office along with dog and tortoise!

From my experience I would definitely recommend.

Stuart was able to do some research (while I was on the phone speaking with him) on all the questions I had about the area and the houses.
Amir was able adjust his plans in a way that he was able to show us the houses at the best time for us.

Everything from start to end was planned well, conversations were meaningful and were not a waste of time. They were able to take the criticism about the houses with responses that were not there to sweeten us up, but to show that they understand our concerns and they can address them accordingly. Everyone cared about us, not like with other agencies where we couldn't see the passion in the workers.

Imperial were very professional and kept us in the loop during the whole process of buying our property.

I honestly done know where to start with Imperial Properties and how many problems we had with them and the list is endless. I know I won't ever rent through them again for sure and I highly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are extremely unreliable, Rude and say they will call back and never do and it only gets sorted when you have to call back once an hour everyday till they take action....when it's finally sorted it's actually months later. It's appauling that they are meant to be professional and reliable but we couldn't wait to move because of them. Not to forget they left us waiting for an appointment in the sun at our old house with our son for two hours to be told they aren't meeting us there. So far we have been living in our house a month and Harwood the new estate agents have been excellent and I'd highly recommended them instead. Take advice if you don't want to be disappointed.

Although not the cheapest it turned out they earned their fee!

Very good service, a couple of hiccups to not having confirmation of viewings a couple of times (luckily they were cancelled last minute). But generally very good and team very keen to help where they can.

Was very helpful always on hand if and when needed to speak.
We had a sale within 3 weeks of being with them.
